Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

Lovvvvvvve this restaurant the staff is AMAZINGLY nice and OMG the food I would be there every day if I could! 10000% recommend!

Went here on Friday night, with 10 people, our server Joseph was so good, he was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you to staff who let us dine in even close to last call. Would go here again

Place looks modern and cozy, good atmosphere. Service was also great, we had Joseph who was very nice and knowledgeable, and the hosts were also kind. Main reason for the rating is when we sat down some of the utensils left on the table were dirty and had bits of food still on them. We ordered ramen and gyoza - gyoza was good, but the ramen could have been hotter and the noodles were very undercooked. Would come back for the Korean bbq experience as that’s what they appear to be more known for.

Honestly very overpriced for the amount of food you get. You’re better off going to an “all you can eat” jbbq restaurant for a cheaper price.

Visited here 2 times over the last 2 months. Good food, fair price, amazing service, and good vibe especially at night.

This place is pretty great, I live 20 mins East from this location, and for me, it is way closer than similar restaurants further out West.

It's Japanese cuisine and has table grills. It's not an All You Can Eat Menu but they do have a selection of set meals and Al La Carte Items, pretty good value!

Many cuts of beef, pork, chicken grilled to perfection. There were also some excellent appetizers!

Our server was Precious. No really, that's her name! ️ And she was really good at her job, and tended to our every need.

Parking is underground and you can get your ticket validated. So definitely visit! I know we will!

Went here for dinner last night and was sorely disappointed. $40 per person “value meal” and not even all you can eat! The service was very slow, our server did not bother to check in on if we needed something, he was really busy chatting with other servers. He took a long time to get us our cheque and even longer to validate our parking. Due to the slow service, we ended up paying $10 for parking. The beef we ordered was for $32 which had a tiny portion of meat. The chicken was the only saving grace. We left hungry and disappointed.

Terrible Service, our 1st waitress took our order and then we never saw them again. We had to as service from the people bringing out our food. Our meats took 45 mins to come out after (did not look busy at all). Ordered the 4 person meal special. Quality was okay, but everything tasted with the same marinade. It also came at different times so there were periods of us just not eating and waiting.

Not worth for the price. Okay food and terrible service.

This was my first time coming to a BBQ spot but I enjoyed it so much. I loved all the different foods they have and it was a lot of food and in the best way possible. The portions are large and a lot of different kinds of meats to cook and try from. The fried rice, noodles, salads and everything else was delicious. We got the packet deal for 6 and it came with a variety of foods and that way we were able to try everything. I think everyone should try this restaurant.

If it's your first time, I highly recommend the Chef's Special because it really has all their best items at a decent price point. It serves 2 and costs about $50/person. Other specific dishes I'd recommend include: prime kalbi short rib, harami skirt steak, beef sukiyaki bibimpap, and steamed chili dumplings. I'd also recommend the s'mores, not because they're out of this world or anything but because it's just super fun. They have 4 hour free parking in the garage located on the side of the building, so don't forget to validate your ticket on your way out!

Been here about 4 times and it's been a good experience each time. If you plan on going somewhat regularly, make sure you download their app to collect points while you're there so you can redeem for discounts/free items! I typically always order the set meals as it makes things easier. Staff are pretty attentive, but this time there was a bit of a back up in getting us some of our items, but its understandable as they were busy. Staff were always great in changing our grills out and there is minimal smell to your hair/clothing here, which is great. Food is always on point, meat has great flavor. Smores is always a fun dessert to have at the end of the meal.

The food and staff were amazing! Portions were smaller, but the prices were cheaper compared to similar stores. This works great because you can buy multiple small dishes which all taste great! One of the best places I've been to in a while.

The food was just okay for the price that you pay. I've had better all you can eat bbq that basically costs the same. The meat itself was good but all of the side dishes were disappointing, especially the corn cheese (was more corn than cheese and the cheese was American cheese).

3.5 stars. Fun night out, great service. Only drawback is the grills and meh! They should leave the oil for the grills on the table.

Totally recommend this place! Great flavors and a presentation. Everything is super clean! Also the staff is friendly and knows a lot. Specially Azhar! Delicious food and great experience!

We had a perfect birthday celebration. We went on Monday and the wait for table was not bad. The meet was amazing. We also ordered tonkatsu ramen. The waitress, Azhar, is nice and enthusiastic. Overall, we love the experience.

We ordered a meat lover’s combo and overall I’m disappointed. The quality of the meat is below average.

Amazing food and service at an affordable price. I highly recommend the sirloin (make sure you dip it after grilling it).

Favourite BBQ restaurant in terms of meats and flavours. Service can be slow sometimes and inconsistent though.

Good place for Japanese bbq. We ordered the 2 ppl combo set. The meat was fresh, nice that they'll instruct you how long each meat is to cook for. The only improvement I'd prefer is to have all the meat come all at once instead of breaking in between, and having the same meat until the next one is served. Overall, it was good. The price is a little on the high side. They do validate parking for hours!

Azhar provided us an excellent customer service and delicious food. They gave my sister ice from her birthday and she was happier than ever. Please give Azhar a 50% raise.

We had the chef’s special and it was AMAZING. The meats were high quality, seasonings were spot on and marinades were delicious. There was a nice balance between veggies, meats and seafood through the meal. The service was equally amazing. She was vert kind and attentive. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the music was cheerful. Overall it was a great experience and a lot to great food for good value. We’ll be back again.

I had an amazing experience dining in at Gyu-Kaku Mississauga. Our servers Avril and Kevin were very kind and helpful. When we first came in we were greeted by host Daisy and she provided us with helpful information such as dining time, parking and menu options. Overall I recommend coming here.

The owner was soo rude is not polite. He has very poor customer service. I am so sad to see these owners!

Perfect taste for this lunch. Perfect service of Azhar who with patient and nice recommendation in the entire period. The price is fair (specially for lunch menu).

Phenomenal experience! Our waiter Azhar was quite helpful and gave amazing suggestions. One of the best Japanese BBQ experiences I’ve had. Definitely will be back.

Honestly just amazing! Quality food so good, the experience and friendly staff. Good spot to go for a date or with friends. Highly recommend.
