Recommend this place to anyone looking for car repairs very professional and excellent customer service.

These people are professional crooks, people watch out during day people but during night they are gangs, they're careless once they get interested in your car it's gone, many people lost there cars at this mechanic shop and he accuse his neighbors, he fake parts that he bought new yet he use old ones and take new one away from your car, sometimes at night you find him in garage trying to do something with cars on the ramp, I recorded some videos which I will upload anytime one because people are complaining, he pretend to work for cheap labor yet he making money of people's car parts

I had a fuel pump problem. I Went on Tuesday and they Gave me appointment for Thursday. Checked car, ordered part, fixed the car, same day its self. In a very good price. Every one there are very kind and straight forward people. Once you take your car you will always love to Go to them. Please be sure there are 3 Garage at same place. Make sure you go inside

I have been bringing my vehicles to Honar and his crew for many years now. They are, above everything else, honest and they really know their cars! They have never upsold me, and sometimes have discouraged me from getting work done when I thought that it was needed and they fully explained what was really going on. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonable prices. I continually recommend them to my family and friends.

Senior but well versed in dealing with people as former BFS& a bank loan manager where I had to gauge people.
Right off I knew this auto repair shop was what people want by explaining problem, what has to be done& calling me on telephone about progress.
No shock about costs as upfront so give this smaller company a chance.

Can't even do brakes, brake fluid leaking, can't even lift a car properly and over priced for horrible work.

Great place honest. Friendly staff. Great work. Have been dealing with H1 for years. Just like family. Thanks guy's.

Bought a car and got it safetied under them. Alternator went 4 days later and took it to the shop. They were charging $140 for labor as shop rate for an hour. Extremely expensive when prices are $70 in the next garage shop over. Very dissatisfied with service and attitude. Won't help out a student in need and cash strapped. Would not recommend.

I use them instead of going to the dealer for my Landrover's non warranty services. Good service, fair price and prompt turnaround. Only real issue to me is the graveled parking lot.

I've been a customer with Honar for over 12 years, and don't recall a single situation where I didn't feel valued as customer. Finding a competent, honest, affordable mechanic is a tall task. Im new to Kitchener and brought in my 2017 Telsa Model S, and Honar and his team were absolute pros. They did their homework on the vehicle, very knowledgeable and gave me better customer service than I ever received at my local Tesla dealership. From one Tesla owner to another. Honar and his team are your alternative to Tesla dealerships.

Took my car there for a brake job

Fast and professional hard to find a good mechanic like these guys!

Rushed service and chaotic. Went in for a winter check up. Parking brake light came on after the check up.it was not on before. I was told to bring back truck at 5: 30. When I did I was treated as if I were of unsound mind, no one was prepared to deal with the issue. I had asked if all the lights were checked. I was told "yes. " When I checked the passenger side rear light was not working. Shall I go back? I think not.

This mechanic shop they look after customers very well. It's quicker and cheapest. I do recommend it.

I needed a minor repair, urgently - change indicator bulb (5 minutes) very dangerous without functioning bulb.

I went to four auto repair shops on King St.
All of them were busy and unfortunately could not spare 5 minutes.

I went to H1 Motors, he was swamped with work however understood the situation I was in and took care of me like a neighbour, a friend. (most shops idea of business is if it don't make lots of dollars - Don't make sense)
H1 not only replaced my signal bulb but refused to take any payment.
The world needs more shops like this.
