Customer service is great in this place. Mia is very polite and good at what she does. I had biogel refill and shellac and I'm pretty pleased with the outcome.

As a customer has over 10 year experience on doing nail work. Terrible nail salon experience ever!
They messed up my nails big time. After they removed my gel manicure, my nails were left thin and weak like a paper. And some even felt like they were burning! The surface looked like it had been hacked at, and they ruined my new nail growth too! The edges were a mess. I seriously wonder if they even know what they're doing. They employed an untrained worker for the job!
At the end, had to spend extra $32 buy a nail repair care to fix it to avoid more damage.
Avoid this place at all costs!

I had the best time @H2 Nails! Amy and Kevin were super welcoming and accommodating! Jenna did an amazing job on my pedicure…my feet have never looked better! Happy to have found my new nail salon! Everyone should visit!

I did Shellac Manicure and Pedicure with waxing service and it was my first time and had an amazing experience. On reaching out, Kevin immediately booked my appointment in my convenient time and offered to help with location and charges in advance. Amy did my waxing and she was considerate, swift In her service and friendly to make me comfortable. She also did my manicure, communicated throughout, assisted me with my questions and made sure I am getting what I am looking for in terms of choosing a nail polish colour and getting desired results. My pedicure was done by Ella she was good in her service but could get better in providing additional assistance and answering questions.

Amy is the absolute best nail tech! She transforms my nails every time. I always look forward to seeing her x

Came here for my first time and had a great experience. Called over the phone to book an appointment and the manager was very flexible and accommodating! I had Trish as my nail tech and she did a great job, she was very detail-oriented and made sure to check up with me throughout the appointment to see if I was ok with the shape, colour, etc. The staff and manager were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back!

Kevin was very attentive and acknowledged every client that walked in which is more to say than most salons.the girls gave us good pedicures and really appreciate their shellac guarantee!

I was not satisfied in this nail salon. The lady that worked there at the first time, gave me one price suddenly at the middle of doing my nail she just changed it to higher price! Also the other lady that done my nail was not expert, after my nail done it was extremely thick and wasn’t flat!

Incredible experience getting powder dipped nails and a pedicure. The staff paid extra attention to detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. The manager came to check on me as well and made sure I would come back again. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

Amy and Vivian are amazing! I've been there a handful of times over the past few months and everytime is a great experience. Not only are they meticulous on making your nails great, they get you in and out fairly quickly which left me super impressed. Thank you ladies!

Me and my sister went here today to get shellac manicures and we absolutely loved it! The staff were SUPER nice and they did an amazing job with our nail designs even though the pic we showed them was a little challenging! The owner was so welcoming and both the equipment and the store were super clean and fresh. Mimi did an amazing job! I highly recommend!

Always a wonderful experience when I get my manicure and pedicure done here. They are very patient and will give suggestions when I'm not sure of what color or design to make. I have been coming for the past 10 years and I will continue to do so because of their service

The service was good only the first time I was there.the next time the technician who did my nails previously was gone and the service was terrible. The lady works there and I guess manages the salon is very rude! I will not going back there

I went there recently to get my lashes and my nails done and I must say I was really impressed. The girl who did my lashes did an amazing job. Also Amy is the best nail artist there. The color she recommend for my nails are fantastic I can’t stop getting compliments from others. Also with the new management the salon looks more organized. Thank u.

The reason for this low rating is the nail file. After receiving my service, my nails still had rough edges and different shapes and since it took so long to get my shellac polish changed, I had to fix them myself at home. I do like the color though

Went there for shellac, the staff were really nice. However after less than a week my shellac started to peel. Called the nail salon and they offered me to fix it for free, that was nice of them but the ones that werent peeling started to peel and break after the second visit. Really frustrated and wouldnt go back.

This is my go to for nail salon, I've been going there for almost 8 years now. Amy is really professional and helpful. I always get my manicure/ pedicures done by Amy.and She exactly knows what I want in terms of shape and the color. I'd definitely recommend them.
