The staff are friendly but the price is very between locations and this is the most expensive location

They need better stock here and a can of febreeze.it smelled so bad of cigarette it turned me off immediately and I am a smoker. Please support this cause because it's important but $70 for a old greasy stinky side chair is a hussle.

Not only can you find everything you need for home maintenance at a good price, but they are investing their resources to provide housing to those who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford it.including volunteer hours, so consider it.

Seems limited in Stock. Prices high for most things, heard others comment on that. Also people not observing distance here and masks not informed. Saw people with masks on there chin;not acceptable. Staff should say something.

Manager forced my 78yo asthmatic father to wear a mask or told us we would be removed from the store. Never returning here in my life. I hope someone with more legal resource than myself challenges their bs practices. Completely violated our rights. Extremely unimpressed.

Lots of variety and extremely low prices. Helpful staff. Go often inventory changes daily. Got a fantastic deal on a storm door.

Great place to get stuff during my house renovation for a reasonable price. The staff at this location is always very helpful and accommodating.

These people wronged me. I bought a fridge, it ended up being broken. They used covid19 as an excuse not to help me replace it.couldnt get it out of my house myself, and they refused to help. They also refused to repair it. But the same employees then went to Timmys, Walmart etc.but they cant come to my house because they fear covid? BS. They cant put on gloves and a mask and help me replace the fridge I just bought? They didnt even repair it at the shop, nor did they clean it. Now I have to pay a repair guy to come fix it.like they should have at the shop. I even donated my old fridge. Which they will sell without cleaning it.sick of their lazy excuses. Never buy anything from these people.

Always good. I have found there prices have gone up lately. If they are able to get it great for their purposes. Not the bargains there used to be.

Good selection, friendly staff, fair pricing. No tax! Gotta live it and your supporting non-profit

Poor quality items, many items missing parts, overpriced on most goods. Better to spend a few extra dollars and buy brand new.

True story: Just completed my kitchen reno and successfully dropped all the leftover materials at the Adelaide Restore. Saved me a trip to the dump! Unfortunately I was looking for a 32x80 door (most common interior door size) and I had called ahead on the phone and was told they had "lots of doors of all sizes" and they not only did not have 32x80 but not even close. Just a bunch of bifolds and exterior doors with windows that were so old and heavy they'd only be good for maybe a shed?
Anyway. Dropping old junk off = A+ Finding what you need = D-
Still 5 stars for me because they saved me $12 in dump fees!

It's great but not anymore. Because unless you completely luck out you'll never see anything first here! It's not a hidden place for great deals anymore, because everybody and anybody come here! Go home and come back on a Tuesday at noon and maybe you will find a table. Darren

Staff is very helpful, good selection that is always changing, and fairly priced. If they don't have it in the smaller store here they will check with the large store to find what you're after.

I volunteer at the store. The place is a good environment to work. We have lots of stuff that is hard to find. A great place to browse.

Not much staff to help but it's a charity so finding volunteers could be tough. Always find what I need for an amazing price.
19 August 2019 2:33
It's not just that they tend to have one or two options, when I need a solution quick: sometimes they have far more. My most recent renovation, between the two locations, I found amazing options, for a lot more supplies and detail items than I was expecting. Pricing is reasonable. Depending on your needs, and how often you visit. Lots of product turnover. But definitely i'm pleasantly surprised, here, recently.

Found tiles we liked. The guy said. They had to be sold all together. So we finally settled on different tiles, lugged boxes and boxes up to the cash for another guy to say we couldn't get them they also had to be sold together. Even though they weren't in that section and we double checked with the first guy who said we could buy those ones in units. He said that the other guy must be wrong.well what if he was wrong? Now we are cover in tile dust and my husband pulled his back (because heaven forbid employee number one help at all) and for what?

What a wonderful place. Fantastic prices if they have what you want. Lots of help working, parking is a little tight, especially on Saturday. Many items new, most like new.

Love this place. Shop there for home Reno items. Plus they do nice things for those in need of shelter
04 April 2019 11:51
Both locations are crazy overpriced. Been to both a couple times and I will never go back, asking 50+ dollars for a 30 year old ceiling fan with bent blade brackets is insane.
16 March 2019 15:53
Playing important role for everyone who is in need to fix anything in house or apartment.
I love it.

Not as good as the location on Pacific Court, the staff can be rude at times. Compared to the other store the prices are higher.
