Fantastic customer service, so expect the best treatment! I got this gem as it just arrived and a few other things.they even tightened a computer chair for my daughter, so it was perfect! Shout out to the expert in Customer Service. I hope he knows who I'm talking about!

Prices can be lower being that everything is a donation. Especially now with the cost of everything.

We visited the store today with my father in law, my father in law saw a chair that he wanted (recliner that sits right up that would be easier for him to get in and out of)! When he asked for someone to help him with it they advised that because of covid their protocol is they cannot help - CANNOT even help out to the car! I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location - couldn’t even get him a trolley to take the chair out to the truck! Terrible customer service, will not be back!

Always a busy place always find great stuff tho some items i find are bit over priced.the park lot is crazy place i had a lady smash her cart into my pasenger door causing damage two weeks ago as there parking on slant out fron store and i was ar front door on level ground loading a piece furniture n bang she let go her cart as on the hill n bang i was nkt happy.so i won't be going back anytime soon tho.just watch when u loading something out front of the store as parking is crazy.place tho is big inside and there lots for everyone to go and see.

It's amazing, real gem for finding house hold items. Regarding home, you can find a lot of things.
The staff is super helpful and always willing to answer any questions one may have. They do delivery for extra charge. You can find things as small as nuts and bolts to all the way big full kitchens. It is a treasure island to be explored.

Bam. 40$. Actual lazy z boy! Works perfect. Yeah, it's old, but it's barely been used and it's really comfy. Total upgrade over the 400$ knockoff we had b4.

This is one of the largest H f H ReStore I've ever been in. They have a HUGE variety of items and their pricing is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great place to look around for house hold things you may need. From clothes to books, toilets and sinks to counters and cupboards.

Not a bad selection here. Very decent tools, an abundance of furniture (dated and modern), and a pretty wide variety of building materials all at a price that makes you think you stole it. Worth a good hard look for any do-it-yourselfers out there!

The ReStore is our go-to for gently used items while we work on renovations in our home. The staff is always so pleasant and the selection is always great.

WOW. I have been 2 times to this store and 2 times I have walked out with something.its clean well priced and the staff go out of their way to help you so good.

Of course its used stuff but theres some great finds here. Some interesting pieces of furniture.

Good for DIY projects and cheap furniture. The store is really crowded, I'm okay with my crutches - although there were some parts that were still too cluttered. I can only access the front part of the store when using my wheelchair

The new location is much bigger, but the store has become a lot different than the old location. Now it's filled with massive pieces of furniture, doors, excessive floor tiles and some larger scraps of lumber, rather than most of the unique and smaller items that made the store worth browsing - even without a reno to do. I do hope it's simply a supply/donation issue and not a change in what kind of stuff the store sells.

There staff was great. I think the store should open earlier so people like me can drop off stuff on the way out of town. Over all experience great.

Loved this restore! Organized, lots of furniture to choose from & best of all, their prices are reasonable! So everyone wins, the charity makes $ for home building & those of us on a tight budget can find pieces without breaking the bank. If only other restores could follow the same example, skip Collingwood and go to Barrie.

Well stocked of quality inventory. It is clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful service.
