Prices here are out of hand. Way to expensive, some items priced just as much or more then new. Last year we paid $250 each for portable air conditions at this restore e, this year ones that look just the same are $600-$700 and I found when i looked them up that its the price new. Also they don't have a public washroom.

Always a pleasure scoping out the Restore stores. The service was great here, even though they were extremely short staff they cheerfully went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase, great price on a barbecue

Ridiculously overpriced! The most expensive ReStore I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to quite a few). I love the ReStore, but not the Hanover location.

I contacted HFH and was specially informed they DO NOT accept any furniture. Only clothing and toys. I just put my mom into LTC and have the contents from her residence.two twin beds, a six drawer dresser with mirror, several side tables, night table, lamp, coffee table. All tables are solid wood, in excellent condition and yet HFH declined….
Jan 2023 update: I contacted their HO and they were upset at what I’d been told. They do take furniture, just not beds so they arrived within a week and packed everything up!

Decent stuff but the once cheap second hand building materials are almost new priced.

Lots of items. Good selection, and willing to negotiate a reasonable price
