Very happy all around and will return with any future electronic issues! Diagnostic fee of $50 which was taken of the total cost to fix the TV. I needed the back lights replaced and a new main board, all of which cost around $200. Which is much cheaper than a new TV and another TV saved from the landfill! Quick diagnostic and fix. Just as important, very kind individuals working here.

I have a 65" Sony TV that been in storage for a few years. It's heavy and comes with a heavy stand. When I went to use it, I couldn't find the three mounting screws to secure the TV to the stand. Samsung had previously recommended Hagopian for service on a TV, so I took the stand and the TV instruction book to Hagopian. The owner knew right away what I needed and gave me the screws I needed for free; I tried to pay him, but he wouldn't take it. I now have my TV secured and viewable, and I am very appreciative of the help I received. I recommend going to this place first if you need service; this guy is friendly and knows his stuff, and has been in business for a long time, so that in itself means he can be trusted to repair your audio visual and other electronics. There aren't many places like this anymore! I live west of Carleton Place, but the next time I am in Ottawa I'm going to stop by and get his opinion about repairing the Samsung TV with a line going horizontally across the bottom of the screen. I trust his diagnosis and will bring the TV in if the pictures I have of the problem aren't enough to tell if it can be fixed or not. I'm very happy about the Sony and trust his advice on the Samsung.

Had a broken LCD screen on a Hisense TV. Hisense doesn't provide spare parts for that model. The team at Hagopian was quick to provide me proof that the TV cannot be fixed so I could proceed with my insurance. Great service.

Costco hired this company to fix the backlight on my television which they did repair. However, the technicians didn’t glue the tv screen back on properly so the screen fell off the tv, cracked and now is unrepairable! We’re lucky no one was hurt when it fell. Now I am at a loss as I have to purchase a new tv since the screen can’t be replaced. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend. I was in no way compensated for their mistake. They did however want to have their part back (which had already been paid for). I would appreciate a response and compensation for this.

As previously mentioned in my email, I am at a loss as a 55” roku Hisense television now costs more then what I originally paid for less than 2 years ago. The prices have gone up significantly since Covid. Also, Costco does need the television back (you mentioned they didn’t), they told me this weekend that they will issue a refund upon return of all parts. They may have contacted you prior as they were investigating the claim. They need all pieces broken or not as proof that there was damage done during the repair.

They did great work for a good price, quickly and as promised. Will be back when I need a tv fixed again.

Called to see what he thought before I brought it in. And then when I brought it in he told me something different. After we talked about that for a minute he said he was a technician and can't be on the phone all day.

I don't trust those types of people but you can support that if you want but I would never recommend them to anyone.

My TV backlight broke suddenly, and was still under warrantee. I called best buy where I bought it, and they reached out to Hagopian. They were able to pick it up fairly quickly, and returned it fully fixed within 4 hours. I was very impressed. As well, the staff I interacted with was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions easily. If I have further tv issues, I'll reach out to them again

Hagopian came by today to replace the screen on my TV. I was really impressed with how punctual, friendly and professional they were. They finished the work in under 30 minutes, cleaned up all the garbage and left. They also took their shoes off before coming in. Clearly these guys know what customer service means. They can probably teach many other businesses some good lessons!

Home service replacement of damaged screen on Samsung QLED 55" was done quickly and the results were perfect. Very happy with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I was there this past Monday at this store because I needed 4 screws to attach the support back on my television. Even if my T. V.was an older model, the person at the desk was able to find screws to help me. The person took the time to identify the exact screws that I needed. Thanks a lot Hagopian Television Centre.

Excellent service! Super friendly and respectful! I was told it could take 1 week for a diagnosis plus 3 to 4 days to order parts and fix the TV. All was done within 5 days. Super happy! Thank you Hagopian)
