The staff have helped me many times with their great knowledge. I purchased my trees, shrubs and plants from here. I don’t know much about gardening and landscaping, so I’ve asked their advice and they haven’t been wrong yet. One of the staff members I believe her name is Brenda went out of her way and gave me great customer service in what was clearly a very busy day. We also go mini golfing here. Always a positive and great experience. My #1 choice for all my gardening needs in Woodstock.

Purchased a perennial in the fall, before the ground got cold. Came in inquiring about planting in the fall, and was assured up and down that there would be no issues with the time of year and it would have no difficulty surviving. Inquired about lavender at first, and the clerk led me to a Cat's Pajamas instead. Followed all instructions for planting and care, and it did not survive. Went to discuss and asked for a replacement and was basically told, “sorry, too bad” and that they don’t warranty perennials as it could have not survived for a variety of reasons. I am upset at this as I was assured, and feel I was misled, given poor advice, especially when initially expressing apprehension about planting at the end of the season. I am disappointed as they refused to offer any kind of solution for being misled and being given poor advice.
