I am so happy I visited and tried a new hairstyle recommended to me by Samira! Very great service and excellent results.

I’ve been looking around for a new hair salon since moving and saw a lot of raving reviews about Samira and decided to book a hair cut with her today. It’s been over 3 years since my last major hair cut and my hair was far too long and felt like it was thinning out like crazy to the point where it was making me really depressed whenever I would put my hair up in a ponytail.

I showed Samira some reference photos about what I wanted done and she was like a speedy magician. In less than 40mins she completely transformed my hair and I’m loving my hair again. It feels so flowy, healthy, and voluminous! I still can’t believe how fast she works, yet doesn’t make you feel like she’s rushing at all. She made sure that I was happy before I left and I even booked in with her for my next appointment, which I normally never do. I highly recommend coming here and seeing Samira for your haircare needs- such a lovely lady

I had been seeing the same hairstylist for nearly 20 years, but needed to make a change as he moved to a new location.

After reading all the glowing reviews about her, I requested an appointment with Samira. She freshened up my look with a custom colour, cut and style, all of which I was extremely pleased with. I'm so happy to have found Hair by Carlo, and look forward to visiting again!

Had another great appt at the salon. I actually had my hair washed, cut and styled by Carlo himself. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative. I also picked up some products for my specific hair type that I can’t wait to see results from. Thank you!

Okay, to start I had a fabulous hairdresser called SAMIRA (my Persian beauty) she was amazing, no hidden marketing agenda, no sales pitch, and an absolute treasure who helped me navigate through the process, she was open honest from the beginning to the end. She did low light balayage for me and I can’t thank her enough for the amazing experience that I had! Also to mention the price range was fair and the entire team was aMzing! Very friendly staff and a place full of positive vibes. Ambience was full of class! Thanks Carlos, for this amazing experience!

I was blown away from the service I received at this salon! First off, Rose is an exceptional receptionist! Super friendly and great sense of humour. My stylist was Samira, she evened out my hair and made it full of life and so shiny again! I got a root touch up, and she gave me the most perfect colour. The space is super clean, calm and inviting. Samira has been my hairstylist for many years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She's professional and is very patient during our consultation and hair coloring process. She’s amazing at color correction, bleaching, and cuts, ! I have thick hair and not everyone knows how to bleach it well (as I've unfortunately experienced in the past) but Samira not only knows what they're doing but is able to do it quickly and beautifully. Not only is she sweet, genuine, knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating, but more importantly, she always makes sure I leave feeling my best:)

I had a very impulsive moment and wanted to get my hair colored and cut the same day. I contacted Hair by Carlo and luckily they had an opening within the hour I called. I have no regrets whatsoever. For the longest time, I've tried to find a place that would cut and colour my hair the way I wanted and this was definitely the place. I highly suggest this location. The staff is super wonderful and Harmony who did my hair was an ABSOLUTE GEM ️ I will for sure be back soon Thank you again!

FIRST TIME VISIT HAIR CUT AND BLOW DRY. WOW. HINA IS JUST AMAZING. I WAS SPEECHLESS THE WAY SHE CUT AND STYLED MY HAIR. FINALLY I FOUND A PERFECT HAIRDRESSER. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND HINA FOR HAIR SERVICES.

Wow! First of all the staff is the best I have met in any salon. Friendly, funny, and warm from the moment you get there. Now Carlo! Poor guy had to try to fix my 2 years of dark box dye, dead dry hair, curly hair.it was a red hot mess. He is fantastic.my hair is soft, great cut, and color? Wow. I look and feel 10 years younger! I can't thank you all enough. You are stuck with me now. Such a great experience. Happy new year!

Carlo is a maestro in fine hair colouring and complex haircuts. I travel a long way to do my hair in his shop. He has amazing people working with him. They are using good products that put my hair back in shape from what was before unmanageable and dry.
