I thought the stylist did an excellent job on a challenging colour - especially as a junior stylist trying to colour correct red dye. It came out beautifully with a brown bayalage with blonde highlights.

I booked as a model call for a junior stylist to work on their skills. The senior stylist spent the time to teach and talk out the colour work with her and i thought was fantastic and it felt like a genuine learning environment and not just a lets get thru to next customer.

I will definitely be back when its time for a freshen up!

Absolutely did gods work fixing my hair. Seeing the before and after pictures was a shock. Everyone was very nice and did a great job of explaining what they’re doing as well as confirming that’s what i wanted.the finished product is insane! Very happy with the entire experience

Alicia was my hair stylist. I was promptly greeted by her when I walked in. She’s so friendly and bubbly. She has great attention to detail. She cuts and curls hair flawlessly.

The salon is very welcoming and aesthetically nice. All of the hair stylists are very friendly, welcoming, and outgoing.

I absolutely LOVE my hair! Maddy did an amazing job. I feel like a new person! She was quick to figure out what would work best for me and my hair. I would highly recommend Maddy, with all of her talent and personality to anyone!

I had the pleasure of having Irene as my stylist. She was lovely! I love my hair, and I have no complaints with the outcome of my hair. However, I don't think I'll be going back. I paid $102.00 when I booked the appointment online and another $209.00 at check out plus tip. So $350 is just too expensive in my opinion for a balayage
But the experience was great, the shop was beautiful and clean!

Hair Creations staff are so friendly yet ultimately professional.
Irene always gives the best cut. The atmosphere is cheerful & being an Aveda Salon, it smells so good when you walk in the door. No chemical odours due to the plant-based products.

As always I absolutely love my hair and Irene and Loretta tag teamed to get my hair done so I could be out earlier because of a luncheon I had to go to. Thank you soooo much for making it happen! You are the best!

Irene is wonderful at both colouring and cutting! Pays attention to what you want and happy to make adjustments if necessary! The other stylists are lovely and seem to do amazing work also from what I have seen! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!

My first time trying out Hair Creations as I was looking for a new spot, and I’m so happy I found this place! Everyone was super friendly, outgoing and made me feel comfortable. The place is clean and smells fresh (not like your typical chemical smelling salon). In love with my new haircut - Loretta and Irene you did an amazing job!?

First time to visit Hair Creations and, while visiting a new salon is both exciting yet terrifying, Maddy greeted me at the door and proceeded to put me at ease. The salon is spacious, scrupulously clean & the playlist was totally relaxing. The whole experience was fantastic! Cut, colour, conditioner, scalp & neck massage - it was the best two hours of my week! (Did I mention the massage? !)

Everyone was super nice. Paige listened to what I was hoping for in a hairstyle, and she delivered beautifully. It was raining when I left so they even went out to the car with me so I could use their umbrella to not get my hair messed up. If I didn’t live in Florida, I would definitely come back!

Today was my first visit to this salon! It came highly recommended by a good friend. I am absolutely thrilled with the cut and style! Even the conditioning scalp massage was amazing! The people who work there make you feel very welcome. Their attention to detail impressed me very much! I have already booked my next appointment!

I recently needed a new hair technician after 20 years so I was a bit nervous. However my worry was soon laid to rest. Irene and her staff were fantastic. I am so thrilled. I will definitely book all future appointments at Hair Creations. And the scalp massage was a most pleasant surprise. Overall great service and fantastic people.

I'm not one to treat myself so this was a special outing for me. Lindsay was so happy and welcoming that I felt at ease right away. We chatted about my hair and my vision for what I wanted as well as keeping it low maintenance for myself and Lindsay came up with a game plan right away. Chat came easily between us while she worked away. This place is a MUST just for the SCALP MASSAGE! I cannot say enough how amazing that felt! Brie is very professional and talented hair stylist. I am very happy with my new cut and color.

They did a good job with my curly cut, however it was definitely shorter than I wanted.the associate said she was only dusting the ends to keep the length.which didn't happen. Anyways the atmosphere is great and everyone was friendly. Fairly affordable prices for a cut, I will return

Reducing the rating to three stars because they increased the price of a men's haircut to $43 + tax + tip. Its no longer worth it for me.

I've only been twice, but each time I've left with a great haircut and an enjoyable experience. The price is also very fair for the quality and level of service that you receive.

I've had my hair cut by Lindsay and Anise, both did a fantastic job. They also make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a new place to get your hair cut or styled.

I recently moved to town and was looking for a hair dresser that I would be able to build a relationship for many years. Today I met Anise and I can't wait to go back to see her again. She is amazing with colors, and to me that is a true professional. Knowing what works on a person or not. We also had a great chat! Irene the owner and all the other ladies are so lovely. It's a great environment to be in.

It felt so good to be back! Irene crafts such a welcoming environment. She keeps a keen eye to ensure every customer is attended by a staff. The salon is clean, warm, and bright - infused with pleasant Aveda and DoTerra aroma. Not to mention the complements the minute I walked out of the salon.

Hair Creations is a hidden gem in Beamsville! The salon has a calming, boho atmosphere with a very friendly and welcoming team. I lucked out getting an appointment with Lindsay for my first visit, I’m so happy with my colour and cut. My next appointment is already booked!

Me and my boyfriend have been traveling a lot before we decided to spend a little longer stay here in Canada.
We both came from Germany and as you can imagine, we visited a couple different hair salons to keep our hair in good order.
I think I can speak for both of us (because we both keep going there) when I admit:
We have never had such a great experience with giving our hair an all around treatment like we get it here before!
We both enjoy Brie Coghlan as our hairstylist at hair creations and I truly wish we could take here anywhere we are going to travel in the future.
If you are looking for somebody who doesn’t even need 5 seconds to look at a picture you are showing as an example of how you would like to get your hair done, ask for Brie!
My boyfriend is very picky when it comes to cutting his hair but I can tell you, he has never left the hair salon disappointed and ever since he always wants me to make sure I book our appointments with Brie: D
(Doesn’t mean that nobody else is amazing as well! Since my hair is so long which ergo makes my sessions pretty long too I have enough time to witness the amazing and beautiful work of any other hairstylist in the salon!)
I am just saying that I am totally in love with Bries work, her experiences, her skills and everything she has done for my hair since she has started working with my hair.
She knows how to let you experience an amazing treatment for your hair even though you thought there is no other solution than cutting.
Also: I am a passionated runner and I run almost everyday, I always left my hair like she styled it and three days later it still looked well treated and styled although my hair is very strong and heavy and tends easily to curl in its own way because of the humidity.
Big plus point: They offer vegan and cruelty free products in their facility.
To be fair though: It is pretty pricey depending on what you want to get done but one promise can be made: You definitely experience the definition of high quality there!

I’ve always had a great experience at this salon and Lindsay has become a friend to me. I’m always so thrilled with my hair when I leave and she always makes it so fun, which makes those hours in her chair fly by!

I had my hair cut here for the second time and was not very happy with it. I called the next day to tell them I was not happy and they booked me another appointment one week later. They were very busy because if back to school. I was a little unhappy that I was going to have to dislike my hair for a week but understand that it's a busy time. However, I was very impressed when I did go back. In my opinion, how a company deals with an unhappy customer really defines them. When I went back to get it fixed, I was given a full wash with head massage, the cut was fixed and then styled. I am very happy with my new cut and will definitely be returning.

I love this place. I’ve been going for about 4 years now. Even after I moved to Hamilton I drive to get my hair done here. The entire experience is great and consistent. I’ve always liked the way my hair looks and the recos they provide. I usually go with Carley but all of the girls here are very experienced and do a great job. Irene (the owner) really makes sure that her customers are happy from the moment they enter the door, she oversees the work done to ensure best results.the environment is great and friendly. Highly recommend this place

Paid 106.67 for my 13 year old granddaughter to get an updo hairstyle and makeup application for her grade 8 graduation before we even left the salon her hair was falling down I mentioned it to the girl she did sort of fix it by the time we got to her grad it was falling again she had hardly any makeup on lipstick and mascara what a total rip off she had her own barrettes which also fell out. I could have don a much more better job for way less the 106.67 including a $16.27 tip

I was looking for a change and decided on Hair Creations due to it's many favourable reviews. What a hidden gem. Warm feel to the salon with super friendly staff. I was impressed with ease of the on line booking, and even more so when I received an email from Carley asking for current hair pics and future ideas. When I arrived we reviewed the pictures and talked about what would and would not work. I was given honest feedback that we would have to grow my hair a bit into what I am ulimately looking for, yet Carley still managed to give me a super cute cut that I am excited about! Carley is definitely talented and takes the utmost care and pride in her work. A wonderful head massage, soothing coconut tea and being fussed over. I have not had that much fun getting my hair cut in and long, long time!

I have been looking for a reliable and friendly salon to go to for many years now, with no success, until now.
The two big things for me were to be able to book online with ease and that they were friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I found all three here. My search brought me to their website, where I was able to book an appointment when it was most convenient for me, I was able to see all the options with all of the stylists without any issue. The website it very clear, user friendly and informative, the best part is you are actually able to use it on your phone too, some other places are not as accommodating. I made my appointment no questions asked.

Second was friendliness. I have gone into other salons that have minimal information on their website, to find out whether or not they could do what I was looking for. I was greeted with judgement, and attitude. A lot of the salons and stylists aren't very accommodating to new clients, and don't have compassion for those who might have fallen out of the routine of going to the salon. I did not receive any of that with Hair Creations. All three of the ladies were wonderful, I had definitely done a number on my hair and they were understanding and did not show any judgement even if it was passed.

I had Carley and she was a dream for my hair. I left with a whole new style, colour and my hair had come back to life. It was amazing! I went in with no expectations because I knew the damage was extensive and she definitely did wonders.

I would definitely recommend Hair Creations, especially Carley-I am clearly Bias, but I watched the other ladies work while I was there and they all do phenomenal work, are very kind, personable and make you feel welcome. Which for someone who is not one to have spent a lot of time in the salon in my life, especially over the past few years, it was very nice and makes me want to come back to maintain my hair properly, rather than feel like an outsider because I am a new client.

I will definitely not touch my hair again, only Carley will be doing that from now on.
