Hair Fantasy

I used to love Hair Fantasy…I have had Steven do my hair a couple times and was thrilled with the results. I had my hair done yesterday however by a different stylist who I won’t name, she was very nice I will say that. Unfortunately I was not happy with the overall experience or the end results of my hair cut. At the end my hair was significantly shorter than what was agreed upon, and my bangs were also much too short. I didn’t express concern at the time because I figured there was no point, it’s not like anyone could just put my hair back to how it was. But I found myself having to restyle it myself with a flat iron when I got home to get it to a point where I was kind of happy. All day today I have been incredibly frustrated with the bangs being WAY too short and have been stuck with no choice but to pin them back until they grow out. I argued with myself for a long time before I decided to go and get my hair cut and I wish I had chosen not to. I did not want to lose so much hair and be up with absolutely awful bangs. One other thing I did not appreciate was that the entire time after it was cut the stylist kept talking about how it suits me so well etc.very obviously trying to convince ME that it was what I had asked for. I have been left incredibly disappointed and am now in need of a new salon because I won’t be returning

I just got my hair cut and my eye brows waxed. My stylist name was Cristina and I will definitely be going back to see her for my future hair appointments. She was professional and friendly and did a wonderful job! I would recommend her if you're looking for a new stylist.

Been going to Frank for over 20 years.always does a great job with my hair and his staff is always amazing! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

The girl that does my hair is great. She knows my trust issues about hair cutting. She does what she promises me.

I got my hair cut by Christina and she did a fantastic job! I usually leave other salons feeling kinda 'meh' but I'm actually really happy with how my hair turned out.

They have a couple of good stylists but need to avoid the arrogance to make customers feeling “stupid” when they own an error and do not listen and fail…Ridiculous miscommunication from that one arrogant one there. Too sad for all the other ones doing a good job.

This place is the best. Steven was so kind to me and my 13 month old and never got mad or irritated when my son was moving around. He even got to hold him because my son is not shy when it comes to new people. Will definitely be going back to get my hair done and my son’s hair as well

I booked an appointment here for 12: 10pm and had a hard time finding the salon because it’s tucked in on the side of a large plaza. I arrived 9 minutes late, a women with red hair was very rude and said “you’re late and the hair stylist doesn’t have time for you”. No grace period was provided, no alternative solution was provided to possibly reschedule for another day or wait around for a bit. It doesn’t matter if you’re the most gifted stylist in the world, if you do not know how to treat people with kindness, you are nothing.

I came here for the first time today. I AM A FAN! Melissa did the most amazing job on my full bleach and tone, plus the cutest pixie cut. I feel so so good. What a fantastic place! Thank you so much!

First time I’ve ever went anywhere for a hair cut other than my regular person. I was nervous to try but I couldn’t wait any longer. I wish I remember the name of the women cutting my hair but she did a great job. Was very friendly and made for a great experience update name is Cristina

I had a wonderful experience with an artist Oscar, the price was very good with how amazing my results were. I hadn't stepped into or trusted a salon in 7 years, and this will be my new regular spot.

I did a colour correction+colour; treatment; cut; blowout/style. It’s been just over a week and I continue to get nothing but compliments on the colour. Happy with the outcome.

Amazing experiences. Warm and welcoming with free wi-fi. Would definitely recommend this salon. Steven and Glenda are go to stylists. Highly recommend.

My hairstylist, Cristina, is amazingly talented and skillful. I highly recommend this beauty boutique/salon! Above and beyond my expectations for a haircut compared to the ones I went to before. This is definitely the best hair salon. I feel more beautiful.

I was so hesitant with my first experience.but since that lady doesn’t work there anymore, I have come across Melissa as my new hair dresser… and honestly she’s amazing! I can’t empathize it anymore.she listens to what I like, is honest with me, and has made me feel 100% confident with myself! I will not be going anywhere else, and I couldn’t recommend her any more! Thanks for fixing up something (not her work previous) and making it turn out SOOO good!
