Hair Flair Extensions

I started noticing the quality of the hair going down during the pandemic. I would buy level #2 very dark brown and within a month of wearing it the colour would changed and became more red. I asked the Hair Flair Staff and they told me it must be my heat protector. I switched near protectors and doubled up on- no change. I coloured the extensions myself with professional salon grade hair dye and they do not fade anymore. It was never my head protector, it was the quality of the hair. The hair itself did not last as long, tons of breakage and overall just not the quality I have become accustomed to over the years. Just this past Friday I purchased a bundle of 26” and was shocked to see the quality. I was expecting a lot more for $150 per bundle. I am an extremely busy person there was no way I could return the hair, her new hair and rebook my hair appointment for weeks so I ate the cost and had them installed. The massive price of inconvenience is what is the most frustrating and why I finally decided to post a review.

I have been purchasing hair from you for over 8 years now. I have bundles of hair that are several years old and are in better worn condition than what I got on Friday and the past year. I am aware of how to take care of both my natural hair and my extensions. I use these only for volume as my natural hair is 26” which within itself is an indicator of how well I treat my hair. This is a quality issue. I am not interested in a refund, I would like you to figure out your quality control process/supplier issues and get back to offering the great quality extensions so many of us have become accustomed to receiving.

Also, take some accountability and stop blaming clients. It’s evident you have changed suppliers or added a different one in- the quality shows.

I LOVE Hair Flair extensions! I went to the London location, and all the girls are so fun & easy to chat with. I've had my hair done twice with them, and both times they colour-matched me perfectly, addressed any concerns I had and really took the time to walk me through the proper hair maintenance required to keep my extensions looking and feeling healthy. I also LOVE the length goals shampoo they sell would definitely recommend.

I’m so impressed, my hair was short and blunt and needed colour correction, the lady properly blended and colour corrected the extensions to my hair. Gorgeous 26’ install! Very friendly environment and conversations!

Have attempted to reach out to the company both personally and through my stylist with no resolution or. The hair was incredibly dry and barely had a life span of 7 days. I have worn extensions for 10+ years and have extensive hair education, incredibly disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Really expected more from a local company, but after doing further research low quality and expectations seems to be the norm from them which they consistently brush off from others as well.

-stylist also installed the hair on the bottom of my hairline, which is incredibly damaging and improper technique. If this is what they are teaching in their training I highly recommend you save your time, money and hair to go elsewhere.

While I was told hair flair is the best they colour matched my hair and placed my extensions properly. I was told I needed 6 bundles of hair. And that is what I paid for. BUT…. I went to someone else to have the extensions moved up and we counted them
All and I only had a told of 4.5 bundles. Very disappointing to say the least. Apparently this is common from hair flair.

Beyond impressed! As a hairstylist, I am new to the extension world. I just got my certification and wanted to set up an account with Hair Flare asap! I have had many different types of hair extensions over the years. These are the best I’ve had. The hair quality exceeds any other, the colour match done by the technicians as well as placement and their knowledge is exceptional! Would recommend 100%

I love hair Flair extensions. The quality of the hair is top notch! It’s smooth and soft and does not shed. I love that I get a lot of wear out of the hair. Since having hair flair extensions my natural hair has been able to grow, as the Nano extension does not damage my hair. There is a variety of colours to choose from so I am able to change my colour without having to dye my hair. I can also style the hair with heating tools without fearing that the heat will damage the extension. Hair is real and I would recommend Hair Flair to anyone that is thinking of getting them. A little over a year ago I wanted to add volume to my hair without damaging it. I went for a consultation with Melanie and every question I had was answered. Melanie and her staff are ethical, professional and caring. They want the best for your hair and will recommend the best extension for you that won't damage your natural hair. A year later and I am still seeing "the best" in the business and have no thoughts of ever not continuing with their services. I receive so many compliments on my hair and no one knows that it isn't all my own. They use real hair extensions and every client I have met that see them always walk away very happy. If I can't get an appointment close to home - I would drive to London to see them. They are "worth the drive" to anywhere I have to go to see them.

I am so glad these ladies were recommended to me. After trying fusion extensions, although I loved the effect, I could not afford to keep buying new hair every couple months. With nano beads the hair is reusable! Melanie was so great helping me pick my colour, and I find the hair to be top quality and affordable. If you have ever wanted to try extensions, or have tried other kinds of extensions like fusion, I can’t recommend Hair Flair enough.

I purchased several bundles of the Dark Burgundy Nano-Tip Extensions. The quality is outstanding! Lisa installs them for me and as usual, does an amazing job being patient and swift while perfecting the look. The salon atmosphere is pleasant and it's always fun chatting with the girls while my extensions are being put in. This place is my number one go-to for extensions and I high recommend it!
