Many positive comments are from Chinese friends of the staff. The hair cutters appear extremely unprofessional and disorganized; their salon is quite messy, and they don't clean it properly. They lack proper cutting skills and tend to use the machine first, resulting in a poor hairstyle in the end. When I raised my concerns, a young employee responded rudely, asking if I understood English.

I have been with Alan for over 5 years, and he has never disappointed me. He is an incredibly patient, respectful, and professional hairstylist. He always considers my preferences and designs the style accordingly. He is now my family and friends favourite hairstylist!

This hair salons is great. Very clean and everyone is very friendly. I only let the younger guy Ricky cut my hair though. He does wonderful job! I love going there and they makes you feel right at home! Totally recommend this hair salon.
