Christal brought my black box dye to this luscious red/copper with little to no damage! Love her! Fun to talk with while in the chair (especially since I’m there hours). Good and accommodating hours. Highly recommend!

Went for tape in hair extensions. Not transparent with cost of maintenance. Says one price then charges differently or makes everything extra. Prices not on website or handout given after installation. Ridiculous prices to maintain that you can buy a new set of extensions instead of having them reinstalled. Ask for prices up front and in writing!

Again owner response is changing the story again. I did not expect $7 for removal of extensions and free blow dry. Its funny you said it was a 2 hr service when you weren't there and they were removed in 1 hr. The rest of the time was the wash and blowdry, which I paid separately for. You also said you told me in person removal was $7.50 per sandwich, which was never discussed. You also failed to disclose the price of removal when I specifically asked you in an email. I was originally told by you at installation that it was $7 per sandwich to move up extensions, which at any reputable place includes removing and installing not $7 for removing and another $7 for installation. For 30 sandwhiches that would be $420! Was also told blow dry was included with this service. Extension prices are not on the website. Buyer beware!

Cannot say enough good things about this salon! They are always so nice and accommodating. They always do such a great job and yesterday I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Nadia. She was amazing! My hair looks great and she even taught me a few styling tips to keep it looking nice:) great salon, great staff!

I love getting my hair done at this salon! All of the stylists are extremely welcoming and really take their time with their clients. Jen is fabulous at what she does and always makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend checking this place out!

On Aug 8th I had gone to my regular hair salon but for whatever reason I couldn't get my hair cut that day. I called Hairology to see if they accept walk in and they luckily they were having a slow morning so they could fit me in. You must know I am super sensitive about my hair as when I try to get a trim some people overly cut (which is why I haven't changed my hair salon in over 8 years). I mentioned this to Nadia; she was so great in making me feel comfortable. Explaining everything she was going to do before doing it so I felt included in the process. She did such a great job and that I know from now on she will be my go-to person. Thank you Nadia for making my birthday very special!

Absolutely thrilled with my hair. Was very nervous about finding a new hairdresser, last hairdresser turned my hair purple! Laura was very knowledgeable explained every step of the process. In the end didn't even end up coloring my hair, she didn't try to oversell services. I am very happy with the outcome and have now found my hairdresser. Thank you Laura for making this process seamless.

This is by far the best hair salon in the area
Christal and Laura are the sweetest in the world they are so kind and have a lot of information to share about the hair. They stand by making sure that the hair stays healthy and looking amazing.
Since the second I walked in I knew this will be my regular hair salon. Amazing service, amazing staff 10/10.

I wanted to re-dye my previously red hair which had grown out and faded into an orange-copper, and Laura talked me through her plans to achieve the look I wanted given the banding present in my hair. I left it in her hands and it turned out absolutely gorgeous (especially in the sun!). It looks natural but noticeable which was what I wanted. Will definitely be back!

Just moved in town and needed a new place to cut my hair - this place will be my new salon 100%.

Beautiful studio, nice and knowledgeable staff (shout out to Laura), and great price.

This is the second time I have tried to walk in to book an appointment with cero attempt from any of the staff to acknowledge me. My daughter went once to cut her hair there with a bad experience and left a review to which she was contacted to come back to give them a second chance but the two times we have tried to book an appointment because we are in the area, the staff do not even try to acknowledge us at all. I understand that this place is by appointment only but I’m guessing they do not want clientele that wants to make appointments if they see the place from outside.
This gives me the impression that they have cero customer service and have cero desire to become better.
My daughter’s experience was enough for us to judge this place but we truly wanted to give them a second chance.
