I have never reviewed any business but my experience with Hakim made me. By far the best service in the city. Ashley and Vicky are simply wonderful. They will go the extra mile to help you out. I received the products quickly too. More than satisfied with them. 10/10 would recommend!

Best glasses repair service ever! Quick, fantastic quality, very nice people. My glasses were completely broken and they made them brand-new in 15 mins for a very low price. Don’t hesitate to come here!

The 2 girls sitting behind the desk were fine to talk to but there’s a miserable middle aged woman who speaks to people who walk into the store in a very condescending way. Answering simple questions don’t require sarcastic answers. Even the two girls working there looked uncomfortable by the way this lady was speaking to various customers. Would not return to this location. There are far better hakim optical locations with good customer service.

Gave us the heaviest cheapest lens, even though we purchased a premium frame. Never will I go back.

This location is awesome! Overall I was very satisfied with my experience, as it was really quick and positive. Dr. Moeini performed my eye exam and he was very thorough and ready to answer any questions! Super friendly too. The two ladies at the front are also very kind and knowledgeable. Victoria was wonderful and did an amazing job ensuring my glasses were perfect! I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been to this clinic for 14 year’s Dr. Hossein Moeini is been my ophtometry for a while. I’ve known Vicky for 16 years. The service and care they did to me was excellent. I highly recommend also that the service is very valuable and when ever I want to come back there’s no place than the people you can trust and knew. And I came also to meet Roberta with a big warm welcome and smile. This people made a good team serving people in our community.

This hakim location is the best. Staff there is very great, especially Vicky. She's phenomenal, shes patient and helpful. She's the best. I recommend this location with a 5 star.

Asked to schedule a diabetic checkup, which is covered under OHIP. They scheduled me for next day so I arranged my whole day around that. When I went in, the optometrist was cold and told me to prove I have diabetes.lol.
1) Tell the customer they need 'proof' of a life changing illness before telling them to come in
2) How about let the retinopathy in my eyes tell you I have diabetes.
3) NEVER make the customer feel worthless when getting check ups they probably already have insane anxiety over.

This Hakim Flagship Boutique store is fantastic with an incredible selection of designer glasses! I bought a pair there today, and Paula helped me select the perfect pair of glasses and she was so kind, knowledgeable and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. I definitely recommend this Hakim flagship boutique and would go back again.

The staff at this location was super helpful, resourceful and kind. Great price and convenient location. Highly recommended.
