Hakim Optical Billings Bridge

Purchased Rx glasses and sunglasses in February. My daily glasses have now broken TWICE and my sunglasses once in the same place on the frames all THREE times. Not in a stress point or temple but literally the frame part that sits on the cheek. I drive for a living with the City and the snapping of the frames while driving is DANGEROUS. Ill be store today Oct 4 2023 to see if Hakim will do the right thing and refund my money so I can get glasses that don't put myself or pedestrians in danger. Update. Yes I received my refund after being offered "stronger " frames. Sorry but I don't trust your product and will seek out a competitor. Don't fall for their 60% off deal folks. Not worth it.

Waste of time had issues with my glasses received and then I come back before 9pm when it’s ready for pick up as it is indicated here that they close at 9pm but they’re closed half an hour early what a waste of my time.
Edit they want to charge $50 for a simple pupil measurement that is my medical data that I paid for during my glasses measurement as part of my legal medical data. Ridiculous scamming. I

Worse customer service ever - I would give the zero stars if that was an option. They promised us glasses for a certain date and when they were not ready on time they denied having promised the glasses for that date. The woman at the cash is not knowledgeable and is pretty rude. Never again!
