Rude customer handling on phone and in-person. Just hanged up after she talked.

Website and store front promote $99 for kids 2 pairs. It’s not true. It’s actually $199. The promo also said it includes UV & Tint for free but when asked was told it’s additional $50. Very misleading. Nowhere on the website or flyer does it say only participating stores.

Worst experience. Walked in the Hespeler store at 6: 43 pm, the salesperson refused to serve saying "we would close in 5 minutes". I requested I can just look around, she said, "you will keep shopping until 8 and i don't get paid after 7: 00 pm". As i said, I do not understand what you are saying and can i talk to the manager, she said she was the manager. I told her to not be rude and please don't raise the voice.to which she rudely asked me to leave the store. Never going back again!

Bought glasses from here 1 year and 1 month ago, and the frames broke just from touching them yesterday, they didnt offer any kind of extended warranty and want to charge me full price for a replacement frame. Worst customer service i have ever experienced and would highly recommend looking elsewhere
