Went there for an eye exam. Prescription was issued as a hand written scribble, totally illegible. Went back to ask for clarification. Was treated very rudly by the lady that works there. Wont be back

Mom went to buy glasses (4: 40pm) and the doors are locked and no one was there. Store says open until 7pm

Very bad experience with this location. Manual written prescription make me hard to order my glasses and when i went back for more details the receptionist (susanna) very unprofessional and doing her best to don’t help me or even help me read the prescription. Never ever again Hakim

I bought an expensive pair of reading glasses here, which do not fit properly. I am told that I have to come in weekly or bi-weekly for adjustments because they cannot be exchanged. They literally slip down to the middle of my nose. Great staff but Hakim Optical needs to do better than this. This policy is inconvenient and does not encourage repeat business.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. There is designated customer parking at the back. Parked there to go and check on the store’s hours posted at the front. Returned to the car 1 minute later only to be blocked in by the owner who proceeded to yell at me and threaten to call the cops. Definitely has anger management issues. Will not be returning as a customer.

I want to recommend this location, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, it make my experience of buying my new glasses a pleasant one, explaining all details and answering my questions, and the prices are also good along with the quality. I am one for sure to return to this store for anything I might need in the future.

Worst ever location. They guy who works here is so rude don’t have any manners to talk to anyone. Never ever recommend this location

I love this location. Susan is very kind and qualified in her proffesion. Definitely I am going to use her service in the close future.

Susan is a very nice lady. The right person in the right place, very professional! She repaired 2 pairs of glasses right away, it took her literally 5 minutes. We will be back in this location in the future for new pairs of glasses.
Where in another location it took them 1 month doing nothing and we picked up the glasses unrepaired.
