Walked in this afternoon they had no sign saying mask is mandatory. As soon as i walked in she asked can you put on your mask? Right away she ask do you need eye exam you want to book appointment? Everything feels very mechanical and un welcoming. I said i want to see the frames first she went can you put all frames you touch in the box? No customer service whatsoever!

First time going to Hakim for my glasses. I was very pleased with the service I received considering it was only two staff handling several customers. Rohee and Marjorie were very patient with the customers even though it was very busy and some customers needed more attention. I am grateful to Rohee for her exceptional assistance in helping me to choose the right frame that suits me. Thank very much

I have so much trouble deciding on frames for myself which is only one reason why I can't thank Ghazala and Marjorie enough for all their help on Saturday. Not only did they help me decide but their kindness and sunny dispositions and expertise made the entire experience a great one! Thank You so much!

I was happy to receive my new glasses yesterday. The experience was fantastic. I recommend them for their knowledgeable staff, prompt courteous service, and excellent quality product. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with the salesperson Jennifer (as well as Dr Vu). I look forward to receiving my new glasses - with an amazing discount - in about a week or so. With great patience, knowledge and personal attention, Jennifer really impressed me.

I am a returning customer but will never return again. I was purchasing 2 new glasses. The man with a bald and goatee assisted me. He changed the price multiple times on the same frames and prescription in a span of 15-20 min. 499,599, then 699, no explanation of why, he just was trying to shame me about my prescription needs. I said what about cheaper frames, I picked $80 less frames, he then quoted me $680, only$20 less with again no good explanation and if I went back to original framesi would now be $760. One of the frames he was trying to sell me for 279 I already owned and I previously bought them from this same location for 99. At that point I left went down the street bought a better pair for 300 less, ithis guy is a con artist worst retail experience in years

They have screwed up my order for contacts so many times here and do not even take responsibility when it's their error. Will not be going back.

Samira, the store manager, has been amazing! She helped me pick the perfect glasses that suite my face. She answered all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable. I ended up buying 3 pair, plus my contact lenses from this location because of Samira! Thank you!

A worker by the name of John helped me pick out solutions for my broken glasses and made it clear as to which one would be my better option. Very professional and very outgoing, I'm defeintly coming back here again!

Absolutely disgusted by how they treat new customers. I was hung up on yelled at, & treated horribly. When I was sick beyond words and still made the effort to call them to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it in to my appointment. I got talked to like I wasn't even a person & rudely hung up on. When I called back to ask to speak to the owner she refused & hung up on me again. I had three phone calls and one visit to the store and all of them I was treated less than human. I cannot believe that people still treat one another like this in today is age!
