Terrible service, I had an old prescription, nothing ever mentioned previously, refused to help me when I ran out of contacts, no trial, couldn't buy or book anything, ok for streamlined service (like online) I would avoid if needing personalized attention. Update to their comment. Your other locations didn't seem to mind? They're more customer focused like online vendors. It's why you're a vanishing industry. Sorry also.patient details are usually kept private? Date omitting and all that professionalism. Hakim Masonville filled it last year. Paul at wellington seems problematic. I asked to book a new test and pay for a trial pair while that was is progress, which also seemed to annoy him.

Just got new glasses about 2 weeks ago and the lenses are already popping out, one popping out but able to go back in and the other not going in at all. I know I didn't break them forcefully because I keep them in an old case when they're not in use and know where they are at all times. All I did was gently rub the lenses with a cloth designed for glasses and the lense came out completely. Don't know if this is just a fluke but very annoyed with it as I have no backups to be able to see well enough without them but still need to do important things before I have time to fix them.

Very helpful staff were able to provide a quick repair to my frames after a lens popped out. Thanks again!

It's by the store I'm coming for order it for sunny glasses in the lady she's not open the door for me and she told me going to Walmart for buy glasses

The staff at Wellington location are friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the entire process from selecting and ordering my prescription and sunglasses.

I really liked customer service at this location, I went to have my glasses looked at (something was wrong with them). Optician (young girl) adjusted my glasses even though I didn't buy from this location and cleaned them as well.

Such an amazing experience for myself and my daughter. The staff was extremely helpful and weren't pushy at all. My daughter tried on what seemed like a 100 different glasses and they were so patient with her. I highly recommend going to see them for your glasses needs.

Useless, rude people. Can't write down a simple name or give you the correct time for your appointment. If I could give them no stars I would.

Nice enough in person, woman who answered the phone was very curt boarding on rude when asked any questions, very understanding with my young child's crying in the store but the glasses literally fall of her face and she hasn't had them a week. Might be good for adults but the children's selection is very low and does not hold up more than a week although I specifically asked for strong glasses hoping they'd last 3months.
