Bad customer service. The receptionist did not even look me in the eye. I visited the location on Jan 10th in the morning

Poor service, have not received my glasses for a month now, no call or follow up to inform me of the status, no response when I called in multiple times!

I'm shocked at all these recent bad reviews, because I'm extremely grateful for Nikolina and her staff. I've been going here for years, both for my glasses and contact lenses. Nikolina sat me down and patiently walked me through everything when finding the proper fit for me and the ladies here are always very helpful. Keep in mind they are very busy alot of the time, so sometimes it takes a bit to get through on the phone line, but i always just wait a bit and try again. Thank you everyone here for your assistance

The ladies there are very friendly. Every time I come to the store to get some contact lens, I’m greeted with the smiles and they’re ready to help. Overall, I always have a positive experience there.

Terrible customer service. Ladies working there not willing to help you. I got my order for glasses wrong and cause me so much headaches and pain in my eyes, had to go back to see where the problem is and end up wasting so much time. Very rude customer service. End up finding the issue is on their side.

I have been a customer of Hakim optical for years and I am impressed and thankful of how Mr. Zaki Ahmed of Hakim Dundas and Hurontario assist and help me with my eyeglasses.
