Best customer service representative, but this time on December 30/2023, unfortunately the lady took the order looks like either sleeping mood or was tired.
Any how food was good quality/ delicious.
Extra food containers suspect bleach smell.

I love the food from Hakka fresh. Quantity and price is reasonable. They shouldn’t change anything.

Really great food top notch! Decor needs a huge refresh, but I just go for the food.there Are only a few restaurants in my area that serve haka cuisine and this is by far and away the best.

We tried vegetarian manchurian! It was sooo delicious. Good place for Dine-in. We’re definitely gonna visit again.

I explored this place during pandemic, and still loyal to it. This restaurant gives you a full package, great food and reasonable prices. I've tried their Chilli chicken, chicken Manchurian both dry and the curry ones, beef Manchurian, hakka noodles, hot & sour soup, corn soup etc. In beef dishes there are a bit weak but in chicken or shrimp they are the best

The crispy paneer has lost its touch
Its more of a tomato suace rather than an aroma of all the authentic tastes

We had their Veg manchurian it was good in taste but could make it more crispy for extra flavour. Szechuan Noodles was okay could make it little more spicy. 4 star is for service, price and quantity of food.

I loved the hot and sour soup. It tastes delightful. I would recommend having lunch here as well, the fried rice and chowmein can fill an empty stomach pretty quickly.

Loved the food, appetizers were very delicious.
Atmosphere was quite good. Enjoyed a lot.

Ordered Dry Manchurian & Sauce and veg Dry paneer chilli but when I came home and opened the container and its surprise… gravy paneer chilli and it’s tasteless… Paneer is floating on water gravy. Total waste of money. I travelled from Grimsby so can’t go back. Two stars for good Manchurian.

Came to dine in today I have came to this restaurant for many years I was enjoyed the service and the food as well. When I came On April 18th we expected the same amount of good service as usual but the server was very rude when we told him just to move the table so we did it our selves next we ordered a large soup which is usually enough to feed 7-8 people but it could only feed 6 it was smaller same goes with all the food they even up the prices which is ridiculous. As a customer for many years sorry to say I won’t be coming back to Hakka fresh again.

I wrote this review 7 years ago and was biggest advertiser in the Hamilton community for them but today I came Diane in after 6 months with my family I am so disappointed as much I can very very bad costumer service, they have downsized the food serving big time food quality went down big time I under stand it’s expensive everywhere but they raise the price an reduce the food serving double dip:)
Any way it’s was my last trip to the restaurant to bad I lost good food place use to be. No I have to drive to Mississauga: (

This was my go to during the pandemic. The portions were great, food was delicious and the service impeccable. However, on a recent visit, I tried the typical popular Hakka dishes that I loved from here (Chilli chicken, etc.) and the flavor or quality was not there. We ordered a replacement and the replacement was even worse. However, their portions are still great and their fried rice and noodles are delicious. One notable winner was the Crispy Sesame Beef. The service is still decent. Maybe they were having an off day, I'll try again.

This place is amazing…very fresh and delicious food and is very affordable…everybody should try it.amazing staff

Ordered a Veg Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Veg Schezwan chowmein & veg schezwan friend rice. The veg chowmein was probably the worst I have eaten in my life & trust me I have eaten at more a 100 Indi chinese / Hakka joints. What made matters worse was, post the meal was over the manager asked feedback about the food & we told him the noodles were really really bad & the entire portion was lying on the plate without being eaten. Rather than apologizing or requesting for us to give the restaurant a second chance, his solution was for us to order a different dish next time which to me was pretty rude. All the other dishes were average hence the overall rating of 3. I am not sure if I am willing to give this restaurant another chance purely bcoz the manager’s attitude towards a genuine feedback wasnt a positive one

Very tasty Hakka food! My favourite dish had to be the crispy ginger beef. It was super crispy and the meat itself was still tender. Some Hakka places the beef becomes super dried out and it becomes hard to chew. Hakka noodle was delicious! Chili chicken and vegetable Manchurian were decent.

The dishes are definitely on the less spicy side from what I am used too in Hakka cuisine but the overall flavours of the dish make up for it. It's definitely an enjoyable spice level for a lot of difference spice tolerance levels.

Dishes are priced very well. Fair price and good portion sizes.

Awesome food like chicken lollipop, paneer balls, fish pakora all mouth watering dishes I am in Brantford but recommending my friends to try this and very helpful staff.excellent job.
