Their Chilli momos were my favorite but they have started adding minced green chilli and it doesn't taste the same now. Now its only hot. Mango lassi is still very yummy tho.

People like their Manchurian but I do not like the taste I hope next it will be proper cooked

I don't normally write negative reviews, but I felt I had to this time. Not very friendly service to begin with, and we wound up throwing most of the food out because we found it bland, overcooked and honestly it didn't seem very fresh.

I ordered food Tonight on Ubereats Chilli potato and Fried momos with extra 4 dumplings. My total was Around 40 bucks and literally the food was cold and wasn't seems fresh. I can see black lettuce and other veggies in the food. Ordered first time and disappointed with the experience.

We ordered Manchurian and it was just dry balls and not sautéed. It was not upto the expectation. The service was nice but the food was not satisfactory.

I went to this place yesterday for having a good dinner. Unfortunately I was so disappointed as soon as I entered the place. Table was not clean. Moreover, we ordered fried chicken rice and schezwan noodles that just came in 5 mins. I could honestly feel the food was stale and already prepared hours before and just heated while serving. If you're chatting people for food, I belive you should keep quality in mind and serve them fresh food even though it takes 15-20 mins. Never going to visit this place again.

It was so hard to eat, like over night left over food. You guys are lowering your food quality.

Today dined at Hakka Hut restaurant and was disappointed to discover that the soup I ordered contained chicken stock. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet, this was disheartening and went against the restaurant's claim of serving vegetarian food. I believe it is important for establishments to uphold their promises and respect their customers' dietary preferences. I hope Hakka Hut takes this feedback seriously and ensures better adherence to their stated principles in the future.
Don't suggest you <b>"Hakkahut Resturant "</b> if you are Vegeterian.

I visited the Hakka Hut for a quick bite and had no idea what to expect.
I was a little nervous when I saw cases of pop and water being stored directly on the floor but I was really hungry so I just ignored it.

I asked the server for a suggestion, and he was helpful and made a good suggestion of the dragonsbreath chicken (I think it was called).
Food came out fast, and the taste was good.

I didn't like that if I wanted a side, I had to order separate like family-style.

Go here for sure. The food is amazing. Price is reasonable. We've even catered several parties from here.

Everytime I try taste is different today I ordered Schezwean chicken, it was very spicy and it taste different today, Every time I ordered it.was good.but this time I am disappointed, I ordered Chopsoy and Singaporean Noodles. Chopsoy was good.but Singaporean Noodles it taste burnt veges was little black also.it smell burnt also. It was my third visit here.but I am really disappointed tonight.

I would say this is probably my fault for not speaking clearer. But we ordered food for pick up yesterday and specifically asked for no sour sauce on our chicken balls came to pick up and long and behold a lot of sauce. Now the person who returned our money was polite enough to ask if we wanted to obtain another order but we simply asked for our money back. If you enjoy Indian food this is great place to go but if your expecting Chinese cuisine I recommend you do not.

Recently revisited Hakka Hut and was disappointed with the portion sizes. I was a long time customer and in the past I really enjoyed the food quality, portion sizes and solid customer service. Now the lunch special portions are akin to a Kraft Lunchable. I would much prefer that management increase the pricing rather than reduce portion size to increase profits.

I've had food from this place 3 times now. Small quantity for the price and mediocre food. Actually smaller than any other take out I've ever had.

The food quantity and quality can be improved. The service was awesome. We ordered a dinner special with egg fried rice but the quantity was not as expected compared to the other restaurants.

Ordered chicken wings with honey garlic sauce but they gave fried chicken wings without any sauce. Unacceptable. Won't be ordering again.

It is the 3rd time I order food there, specify that I cannot eat anything spicy, they tell me its not going to be spicy and I order my food and when I get it I cannot eat it, It is very spicy. I called to complained and I get sorry. I don't even get a new dish, or my money back or half back. I am disappointed. I will have to let guest at Hotel Not to go there because I am not impress.

Veg pan fried Momo's and tandoori chicken hakka style are some of the must try dishes. Rest just stick to basic entrees and you won't regret it. Cheers

Best Indo Chinese food you will get over here, dish quantity is sufficient and taste of food is similar to Indian Chinese. I wish they will include Triple Schezwan (rice mixed with noodles) rice in their menu. Sufficient parking is available, hotel is taking all precautions during Covoid, you are not allowed to dine in without showing full vaccination card and ID. Thanks again for your service.

Thy serve ample quantity so if u going with friends and family so i guess this is the place for chinese hakka

They are charging excessively for the items not described on the menu. I requested for extra chilli peper vinegar with my two large soup for take out. And I had to pay 4 dollars for four of the to vinegar take out. This is unexpected as the waiter said items are costlier now and they had to charge. But, 4 dollars for four vinegars do not seem to be justified with an order over 30 bucks.

In my last four orders kitchen prepared less item than ordered and I had to wait extra time for them to fix the order.

Waiters are nice but management did not seem to care about customers at a fine dining.

Food is good as an Indo Chinese taste.

Taste is Average, quantity is very little it's like paying for $1 meal at "less than a dollar at cost". Would I recommend this place? No.

Their chicken lollipop is amazing, little disappointed with chicken soup as I found chicken was not cooked properly little chewy. Overall it was great food.

Worst indo Chinese food ever! Made food only with artificial colours. No taste at all. Can fool people at first but never come back. At least they should have some ethics to run business where people come for celebration not to waste hard earned money

This retuarant is pathetic. Taste keeps varying and never standard. Moreover, when we ordered food and sweets from here, what we got inturn was, half eaten and broken sweets. Is this how they do the food service? Clearly disgusting.

Love Hakka Hut! Every dish is awesome. Definitely going to be a staple restaurant for our Chinese/Indian house hold whenever we are craving take out.

Not at all good food. Chinese bhel is not even a bhel. No noodles or veggies.
Manchurian dry are small balls, can't consider as Manchurian balls. Taste was okay.
Won't recommend for Chinese food.

I visited Hakka hut for the first time this weekend with my family and I was pleasantly surprised at how great our experience was. Loved their Chinese bhel. Awesome. The same indo chinese taste and spice i was looking for.

First of all, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. There are a huge variety of options.

The staff are extremely pleasant and professional, the venue itself is clean. Waiting time to get the food was hardly any. Service was quick. Although it was a rush, staff was at all smiles and fast. Yash did a great job serving us.

I would strongly recommend trying this restaurant if you are looking for a unique and refreshing way to eat Hakka.

Portion size is nice but not great. Royal Garden in Milton has huge portions. Hence reducind 1 star.

Food is okay. Tried their food on several different occasions the quality keeps going up and down. But have turned out to be okayish most of the times.

Ordered chilli chicken and got a soup! They soak the battered chicken in so much disgusting gravey.
Food was awful. Spring rolls are out of a box and are bite sized but they charge almost 2 bucks for them.
Avoid if you are familiar with good hakka food.

Nice Food always, however when the owner is there it seems food is better. Rice this time seemed a little crunchy rather than soft but still good food. SZehuan spicy rice is the best in deluxe style.

I ordered take out. Food was good but I was a little surprised at the size. Why is the take out so small? In reference I paid $16.99 each for the 2 main dishes. And its mostly sauce.

Great Hakka food.great price. I have tried so many other places but if you like that hot dishes with good chunk of meat pieces.this is the place.

I ordered today for my family and guests I specifically asked for the dry Chilli chicken and dry sesame chicken but the person taking my order on the phone told me that it would be better to have take it with gravy as the gravy won’t be that much it will iy be a little sause but when I opened the lids the the chicken was floating in the gravy and the dishes were tasteless. Posting the pictures as well do take a look and advise if that looks like a chilli chicken or not.

Good portion size. Amazing authentic Hakka food. Very fresh and delicious tasting, I will definately be back, and I am recommending my friends to go here

Manchurian Dry is as good as street Chinese of India. Wouldn't recommend Paneer Chilly - Paneer had a very wired taste.

Ordered for the first time and was so impressed. Everything was delish, this will be my new go to for indo/ Chinese food.

We enjoy eating out and trying different cuisine. Hakka hut is a little gem in Cambridge. Decent quantity and very reasonable price.
My top favorite items over there is friend coli flower, chicken lolly pops, momos and a beef dish I do not remember the name

Worse customer service ever. Making the customer pay for your mistake? And on top of that the manager lies to avoid confrontation? Never coming here again!

I will give 5 stars for the food. I called in today for the first time for picking up a family meal for 4 person and I asked about the 10% off on over $30 cash order and the order taker said it wasn't valid for family meals. We went in the store and saw flyers on table every where which was again advertising the same offer, upon asking the cashier again, he said that owner has been notified already and he is going to fix the problem.
Why don't you mention on the offer that its not valid for family meals.
You should give a 10% off on over $30 cash orders until the offer is fixed or just remove the flyers and take out the offer from website.
I will give 5 for food and for false advertisement 0 star if I could.

They advertise 10% discount on order for $30 or more on take out but when you do that they tell you the discount doesn't apply on special orders. However nothing is mentioned about it on the coupon terms. Utterly disappointed

Update March 14,2021: rating reduced from 4 stars to 2. Ordered pan fried chicken momo again as my mom liked it, turns out only 10 small dumplings in $15.81. Not good value of money as per quantity. Highly disappointed.

Chicken hakka noddles contain less chicken (3/5) taste was average. I have tried its fried rice before that was (4/5). But need to work on certain curry/gravy items.overall a good experience.

Amazing Food & Amazing Service! We were a group of 10 and all of us are big foodies and critics:). From their Spicy Garlic Chicken, Manchurian Chicken to Spicy Karachi Chicken; everything was great. The quantity of food including House Hakka Noodles and Chicken Fried rice and the main course dishes was worth the praise. We specially made sure that the CHEF & the owner knew that they did a great job! It is hard to find Authentic Indo-Chinese and we are happy that we have one in Cambridge!

The lightening and atmosphere is amazing. The cuisine & customer service is outstanding. You must try Hakka hut, you will loved this place.

Went in on a Saturday around 12: 30pm. The restaurant was empty other than one other table.

I found the restaurant to be rather plan in terms of interior. The service was good as well.

I ordered the Butter Masala chicken and it was fantastic. The portion size was enough to take some home and my entire meal was less than $15.

It was neither Indian nor Chinese or Hakka food. Extremely disappointing experience. Service was non existent as both servers stood behind the bar cleaning Thai chillies

Surprisingly nice ambience inside for a restaurant named “Hut“. Service was pretty good over the lunch hour, and the lunch combo menu represents good value. However it did not feel like my meal was created with any sense of care, and the pad Thai just felt like one of the regular noodle dishes with some Chinese gravy ladled over top. Certainly the most disappointing pad Thai I’ve had in town.

Just bought shrimp Manchurian noodles to go. There were hardly any shrimp. To exactly to count there were just 4 (small shrimp) and they charge $14. We have dine in & bought to go quite often. Last couple of times their meat quantity was barely anything. I dont think I llwas go back there again

We absolutely love it. It’s Asian and Indian infused. We have been coming here since it opened and really impressed. Don’t miss out on this gem.

By far the best hakka Indian Chinese in town. They offer both pickup and delivery and dishes are reasonably priced. Make sure to check with them about spice levels

Ordered Dinner special (Chilli chicken)

Prices were bit on a higher side, quanity was just okay and taste was just average. At the end, I had to mix in plump sauce in my gravy to get any flavor.

Decent ambience, but the food is fantastic. Ordered chilli chicken and was pleasantly surprised to be reminded of authentic Indo-Chinese flavors. Hoping there's an option to replace the rice with noodles in the future (gotta order them separately atm).

Had the sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice, was really really good. Would recommend to a friend. Also try the chicken spring rolls.

The noodles here were really NICE and manchurian were delicious too. I had veg.hakka noodles and veg. Manchurian.

Actually I ordered onetime veg Manchurian rice and noodles and I got my order. Later I was searching for Manchurian pieces so I asked server and he told me it’s only flavour of Manchurian we add to rice and noodles but not real Manchurian pieces. I discovered this is the only thing I got frustrated and not seen any other issue. Please notify in your menu as veg Manchurian flavour rice & noodles.

They have great service and even greater food. It's hard to find good Hakka Chinese food outside of Toronto / Mississauga but this restaurant satisfied my Hakka cravings

Lunch was delicious, the staff was very helpful. The spicy soup had just enough heat and spring rolls were crispy an delicious.
