Group of 4 of us went for dinner recently and had ordered variety of food. Person who came to take our order was chewing food while taking our order (very unprofessional). In addition, when the bill came they had already included service tax of around 17% and didn’t even mention it when they gave us the bill. So if you are not careful you would end up tipping quiet heftily twice. Please be careful with tipping as it could up to $20-$30 for $100 worth of food ordered. Overall good food but def service needs to improve and transparency needs to be there.
One of the worst places ive got food from in a long time. Meat was very low quality. The sauces were watered down and stale in the several meat dishes i ordered. I wouldnt eat here again for free.
Food is okay and has gone down from previous experiences. They automatically place a 15% service charge which they do not tell you up front even though its only for a table of two!
This location gives more rice than the Warden location, which is nice. More companies should fill the box with rice. It looks cheap when it's half full. Good Bombay chicken here. The chilli chicken here was off though. Food quality is comparable to the Warden location.
I personally prefer this restaurant over other Indo-Chinese restaurants just for Veggie Manchurian (Dry&Gravy both). Other than Manchurian, all the fried rice dishes were delicious. Noodles are with regular taste what we get every where in GTA. Service is very fast, they take hardly 15 mins to serve your order.
Highly recommended if you’re near by and what to have Indo-Chinese food.
Worst food place to go Servers attitude are out of sky like they are here to be the king and people who go there are their servants Never going back And recommending to friends not to go as well
Disgusting paneer hakka noodles and tasteless manchurian veg balls. Bill totalled up to 38 dollars after adding a coke left the food as it was.turns out they force charged 7 dollars service fee. Terrible service. Never coming back. Will advise friends and family to stay away.
Everything was tasty and for about 10 of us including dessert and drinks, the bill was $100 before tip! They let us linger for a while too, and didn't rush us (I don't recommend this but it was nice). Love this place, it's my mom's fav too.they went from Hakka legend to tangerine back to Hakka legend again, crab soup is amazing along with the general tso fish!
One of the worst experience in the Haaka Chinese restaurant. Don’t want to mention anything about the food, because it’s so so. But want to highlight about the service and the service charge that’s add up on the bill. It’s came as surprise that have to pay 15% service charge despite the service is piece of sheet and the food is not that great and the waiter needs lots of training to demand for tip. Don’t recommend anyone to go there for dine in.
Ordered take away for 6, tasteless food, rice was undercooked and the beef and chicken dishes consisted of small pieces of meat covered with batter and corn starch! Such a rip off! Would not recommend eating at this place.
I would say 3.5 stars. I ordered chilli chicken fried rice and chilli chicken. I would rate 4 stars for rice and 3 for chilli chicken. Spice was not enough i would say. It could be more crispier. But the chickennis good.
Portions are great for the price and service is quick. Soups here are great. Food is good, nothing bad about it but I just feel like they use a lot of oil because of which you can’t really taste anything once your mouth is coated with fat. Also some dishes like Hakka Noodles have a lot of MSG (amount more than what would be considered normal).
Well understand business close at 10 pm, We did walk in at 9pm and server keep saying we are closing soon and rushing too much. Even he is not ready to wipe the table. After that we left as with this great experience
