This is the best pharmacy in the city. The customer service is phenomenal. Ramy and his staff are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was a breeze transferring prescriptions from our old pharmacy to here. They took care of everything. We are so lucky to have this pharmacy in our community. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond for them. Thank you for everything you do!

Great services! Excellent way of dealing with customers. Glad to have this pharmacy in our neighbourhood. They helped me a lot in obtaining the medicine I needed. I asked them to withdraw my file from the pharmacy that I dealt with previously, and indeed that was done quickly. They also have a special service, which is to deliver medicine to your door for free if you need it! I advise everyone to deal with them, and I thank pharmacist Rami for helping me with finding everything.

Pharmacy Manager in Half Moon Bay, Ottawa. Ramy Farag, goes out of the way to fullfill his promise to his customers. His motto is, "Service before Self". The medicines which we can not get, he does it by diligence. If you want your medicines then Ramy is the pharmacist. He does all the leg work for you to make sure you get the medicine which will be covered by insurance. He actually does the work of a real pharmacist than the big brand stores we go to! He helps our parents, cares for them! He's the best.

Outstanding customer service! I called looking for a product currently in shortage and not only was the phone answered promptly, but the pharmacist went above and beyond by contacting another pharmacy and coordinating an order on my behalf! Totally unexpected. Service, both on the phone and in-person upon pickup, was super pleasant. I’ll be coming here for any and all future prescriptions! Highly recommend.
