I have been hung up on or put on hold for long periods several times when I've called. Ski-Doo prices seem to be the highest in the area when I compared to other dealers. Don't plan on visiting the store again.

Ordered a brand new seat from this store. Got it within 7 days. Excellent service when you have Vin number ready.

Brought the atv I bought from them in to have the cooling fan replaced. Bombardier sending the wrong part, and supply chain issues caused delays. Better communication throughout the process probably would have reduced the frustration level, this is the reason for the rating. In the end the experience ended well.

Used to be excellent, after they let a good employee go (we know as a regular) he had personal property stolen and then was banned from the store without good reasoning and no proof. Not sure what happened but we don’t condone that level of unprofessionalism and began outsourcing all BRP product we need. Hope things change soon. Continuously need to call as no body can take a note to call back a customer for parts that need ordering.

If I could give this business less stars I would.

6 months ago I decided I wanted a Can Am Defender. I knew exactly which model I wanted all I needed was to talk to someone to order it (0 sales skills required). I called 3 times to try and talk with a rep on the phone and no one would even return my calls/emails for a $30,000 piece of equipment.

I contacted the Sioux Ste Marie dealer and purchased it there instead, and received great service and support through the entire process (which was relatively quick given the times - only a 8 week wait).

This dealer won’t even provide customer service to prospective customers, how do you think they treat people who already gave them the money?

Now I am looking for accessories for my bike and this dealership is garbage with that too. Local price is more expensive than the BRP website, so I just bought the stuff online and shipped it to BRP in Fort Frances. It’s funny how BRP doesn’t even list them as a dealership they can ship to on their website. Maybe they are trying to distance themselves from this shameful establishment.

Whatever I write it’s nothing for the helpful I got from mr. Doug. He’s an amazing I call from Toronto l he’s welcoming a lot and he’s helpful a lot. He’s very professional and I highly recommend him. Thank you so much

Took my Skidoo in to have some parts replaced (that I damaged) as well as a small warranty fix on the reverse linkage. Everything was fixed as it should have been, good communication from service advisor. Shop rate was competitive, BRP parts aren't cheap, but prices are set by manufacture.

Low stress experience. Will go back in the future.

Worst experience I ever had with a dealership! I blew the motor on my sled and was quoted a price and told I would be refunded my “core” charge. The service manager (Chris) did not even know what a “core” charge even was until I referred him to a “reputable” and “experienced” service manager in Sault St Marie. The service manager agreed to replace the motor at the same exact rate as the place in the Soo! I waited over 2 months and kept being told “it’s coming along nicely “ by a lying deceiving service clerk (Annie) pretending to be the”service manager” after almost 3 months and over $6000dollars later, the sled was done, I did not get 5kms down the trail and sled was misfiring and not running right! I originally blew the motor by taking advice from one of their service reps as the sled overheated, Un be known to me I had a blown coolant line and was told to fill it up with coolant and try it out, which I did and the motor seized! Well after all the waiting, lies and over quoted costs, the sled had another coolant leak! I requested all coolant lines be changed. NOT DONE! I took the sled to the Soo (Northshore) and they discovered the wrong “used” plugs had been put in a BRAND NEW MOTOR? (Rodger/tech) ? Yes! Unbelievable! The carbs were “way off”Not only that but my secondary clutch guard was ready to fall off and my primary clutch was bad! (was fine before) My brakes failed on my 2nd attempt to ride (not bled right) And the coolant leak that ORIGINALLY BLEW MY ORIGINAL MOTOR WAS NOT FIXED! I ordered a BRP button 3x and it was “misplaced” 2x! What a bunch of incompetent clowns! Never will I set foot in this dealership again and advise anyone looking for any major repairs to do the same! What a nightmare! Missed while riding season because of these people! $7000 dollars later…for a $2700 motor! Un real!

They are doing their best to keep our 30 yr old Sea Doo alive. Could be a bit more responsive.
