Halo Bubble - VIP GROUP

I have a LV vintage bag but the strap was broken. Halo Bubble did an amazing job to replace the strap. They even used the original leather.very happy.

This place is a scam. I see in the reviews that the owner says they never charge before the items are cleaned. LIES. I was charged AND I even tipped in advance. They told me 5-7 business days, now they are not open on the times suggested on google; nor are they picking up phone calls! It has been over 2 weeks since I dropped off the jacket.

This is crazy. These people literally stole my jacket. I am trying to get it back. But they are not responding to emails or phone calls.

I should have known this place was a joke to begin with when they asked for my wechat ID.however I insisted on leaving my cell number.

I came here to have my dry cleaning for my Canada goose parka. To my surprise, it was ready before I expected. When I arrived I was told I had to pay with my debit card but I forgot it at home. I was frustrated at myself because it was a far drive and thought I wasted my time and would have to come back. However, the girl at the front was extremely helpful and gave me alternative methods to pay. She saved me a trip and I really appreciated that she was helping me through the whole process. Would recommend this business to anyone as they are professional, quick, provide great customer service and made my jacket look brand new.

Nice service and washed very clean. Boss lady is very friendly. I wasn’t an urgent customer, but still very fast. Always done in 2-3 days.

Took my Parajumpers for cleaning to this place. I don’t have a before picture, but when I picked up my jacket I didn’t realize it was mine. In short my jacket was grey when I took it in and now I can see the original colour. Thanks for reviving my jacket.

An unprecedented experience, very worth trying. My jacket was moldy, and this professional dry cleaner rescued it. If I can give 10 stars, I will give it.

Very bad service. They totally ruined my clothes and no reply. They charged before I checked my clothes and refused to pay for anything, toooo bad.
