This clinic is absolutely amazing! Staff and doctors are very friendly and welcoming. Doctor Onando is very intuned with his patients needs. I feel blessed as I lost my family doctor and was left to find a new one. Thanks for taking me as a patient and keep up the amazing service.

On time, easy to book appts online. Dr Enow listens to your concerns and acts accordingly, reception staff are nice.

I recommend the Halo clinic in Courtice. We have been seeing Dr. Enow since 2021 and trust in his care as he knowledgeable, friendly, and great with children. Every time we enter the clinic we are welcomed by the staff with kindness!

This clinic has been one of the best clinics I have ever been too especially working with Dr. Adiele as my family doctor he really does care about his patients.

Halo Medical Clinic has been a positive experience for me for the last few years that I have been attending.
The front reception team have always been great at returning my messages and phone calls and listening to my concerns and trying their best to accommodate me in the office, even last minute. They are always friendly with a smile on their face as well.
The doctors that I have seen in this office have always been patient at listening to my concerns and answer all the questions that I might have as some doctors you may find, they try to hurry and rush you out the door.
You can tell that everybody works well together even through the times when it's busier in the office, the front reception staff work well so that everything flows properly and make sure your not forgotten about.
I have never experienced a "bad" visit yet (and hope not to) at this clinic. I see staff and patients laughing and smiling, and to me that's a great relationship and a positive experience to leave with.

My experience was excellent, while the service was amazing with no delays and respectful staff.

Not really a “Walk-in” they force you to make an appointment, yet still call it a walk-in.
If you dont reserve a spot ahead of time dont plan on your check up happening that day cause even at 10am they already had their appointments filled.

What happened to our healthcare system? I can’t even get in to a walk in? !? ! I have been told that in order for me to do a walk in here, I have to book online. I have to use online booking form and every morning I try to book, there are no times available for that day. How are we supposed to even see a doctor like this?

Not a Walk in Clinic.they should change boardings. All they do just handle registered patients. Un-registered patients have to wait for slots if some registered patients cancel appointments or doctor got little chunk of time.absolute waste of time there.

Wish I could provide zero stars. Went to Dr Eno based on a recommendation from my chiropodist that I get X-rays and ultrasound to try to track down the cause for some foot pain I am having. After getting the results of the ultrasound he ordered for me Dr Eno sent me for MRI. He then calls me to review the results of the MRI. When I attend his office, during the discussion about the MRI, it becomes abundantly clear to me that he never even looked at the results before I walked into his office (he was simply reviewing them and reading them for the first time right in front of me), and on top of that he had the audacity to then ask me if I'd ever had an ultrasound done on my feet (for godsake, he ordered the ultrasound). He also suggested I should go see a chiropodist, and was surprised to hear that I already had, although he should have already known that I came to see him based on the recommendation of my chiropodist. Dr. Eno, you should be embarrassed. I only recently moved to Dr. Eno after moving out of Toronto, guess I am back on the search for a GOOD, or at least not pathetic, family doctor.

Called ahead of time to ensure walk in was available. The greeting machine stated walk-in is available. Once I arrived at the clinic the receptionist informed me that Walk in is only available for Registered clients. Looked run down and dingy inside would not recommend based on first impressions.

Worst clinic I've ever been too. Do not go here. Old and dirty. They called me with results of a test that took 2 days to get because they were out of rapid tests and told me they would send the prescription to my pharmacy. Never sent it, can't get a hold of them cause they never answer the phone. I had to drive back to the clinic to be told they didn't have the prescription yet because the doctor hadn't written it yet, this was 5 hours after they told me they were sending it. Their office staff is clueless. Avoid this place if you can.

At the start of COVID when everything was shutting down in about April/May 2020 my 2 month old needed her immunizations. My family doctor REFUSED after multiple calls and asking what to do many times with no answer. He did not see in person patients until Dec 2021. I called every clinic I could from Ajax-Bowmanville trying to get it done and was refused because she wasn't a patient of the doctors or they were closed down. This is the ONLY clinic that took us. She got her first shots here and they were the only doctor checking in on myself as well as I was past 6 weeks postpartum with no checks by my obgyn or family doctor. Thank you so much again for that.

Came in just before 3 pm and was told they are at capacity for walk ins. Receptionist told me they are closed at 5 and need to finish everyone, there was like only 5 ppl in waiting room. She was dry and borderline rude. I’m sure she coulda taken me just didn’t care.

New patient here and have had nothing but good experiences so far. Admin are pleasant and helpful and Dr Onando has been great. Easy online booking system now as well. Each appointment I have had, I was in and out in a reasonable time and the doctor was on time, didn't feel rushed either. Seems some people just like to complain about everything. Will be recommending this clinic to anyone in need of a family doctor. Thanks halo!

By far the worst clinic I’ve ever been stuck with. They never answer the phone. I have left 3 messages but I work during the day and they call me back while I’m working and can’t answer the call. I call when I have time to speak to someone - but they don’t answer the phone. It rings twice and goes directly to their voicemail. Also if you want a refill you need to go into the office every single time (and the doctor never sees you at your appointment time, always late) - even for medications you have been on for years without issue. I’ve been actively searching for a new doctor’s office with no luck so far.

Worst walk in ever! Today was the second time I went there at 5: 30 and they weren't accepting walk ins. They close at 8: 00pm but don't answer their phones and don't update their Voice mail that they are to not accepting walk ins. Receptionist stated they are full capacity but the waiting room was empty with just one person. This clinic does not care about patients or kids my two year old really needed to see a doctor and the doctor ended up yelling at me and saying he has to go home and that his kids are there in the clinic with him. So why are the office hours until 8: 00 p.m? Please see my pictures of the empty waiting room.

Admin is a let down. They made us book and appointment by lying to us that they carry certain vaccine. We spent 3 hours waiting only to be told by the doctor that they dont and we will need to book again (more money) and get it then.

Dr. Onando is always so friendly and takes time to listen to our concerns. Appointments have anyways been on time and we don't have to wait more than a few minutes.

It takes a month for me to see my family doctor.beyond disappointed. Can’t even use their walk-in anymore.

Visited March 2022 and Halo Medical Clinic was exceptional. I was received by reception quickly and they truly listened to my issue and saw to it that I was seen by a doctor within a very reasonable time period. The doctor called me twice after my visit for follow up and referral.

Exceptional service and follow up.

Office is not managed well. Rarely can get through on the phone, messages go unanswered, and you are required to call and follow up about your own test results (this is the only clinic I’ve been to that operates that way.)

I’ve only been here once and the administrative team is just horrible. Also only one slot on one day for certain procedures with no option to be referred somewhere else for the procedure or recommended else where. I waited in the cold outside on my first visit. Understand Covid is real but that’s just unacceptable

Probably ok if youre a regular patient there, but as a walk in clinic I do not recommend. I had a couple of symptoms or issues, dr specifically told me we could only deal with 1 issue as im a walk in client. Dr note for work would also not be provided, as im not a regular patient. So after waiting over an hour I had to go to another clinic where everything was dealt with without friction.
If those are the rules, then the receptionist should advise, I told them my symptoms and that i required a drs note for work and did not mention anything, if they did it wouldve saved me wasting my time there.

Impossible to get a hold of them, and they never get back to you even if it is known the matter is urgent. Switch clinics
