Halton Hills Hydro Inc.

Very new to Halton Hydro. Called them twice already and the lady seems to be like Im bothering her and with an abrupt manner. I hate calling them. You need to send out a survey and actually do something about this bad customer serve.

Something needs to be done about Georgetown's hydro. Constant outages. You guys need to get a handle on this.seriously.

Frequent power outages in rural Halton Hills anytime there is a minor weather event. Where are our taxes going? Paying lazy union government employees, clearly.

Just replaced the hydro pole in front of my house. A+ service, I didn't even know they did it, everything was cleaned up. Thank you.

Why on a lovely windless day at supper time does our power go out sigh
Was asked to check our breakers even after saying our neighbours had no power. We don't share breakers with them.

Customer service has been great. Detailed hourly stats on the website are really useful. No complaints so far!

November 15/16th 2020,18 hours without power when people 200 feet up the road have had it the whole time.

I absolutely despise you Halton Hills Hydro.

You take our money and NEVER upgrade your infrastructure. You're a terrible company.

Neighbours across the road with Milton feed have had power 4 hours ago. We’re still dark since 2: 00.
