I had a great experience with Halton Honda Service Department. One of the technicians offered to come in on his day off so I could get my car back sooner. They explained things clearly and my car feels amazing to drive now!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Called for a windshield replacement almost 2 months ago. They never called back. I've called them 4 times since and was transfered to the service dept. No body picked up an all 4 calls. Left a message on all 4 calls. No response.

Wow! What an amazing experience I had at Halton Honda. Specifically my experience with Mustafa & Chris.

From start to finish, these guys were amazing. My mother & I came in clueless about the process of purchasing a vehicle but Mustafa took the time to not only help us pick the best car, but understand every step of the process when making such a large purchase. He explained everything incredibly clearly, ALWAYS having a big, friendly and warm smile on his face! It was very apparent that he genuinely wanted to understand our needs & for us to walk away as happy as possible.

After our experience with Mustafa, Chris walked us through every step of the financial/logistic side of things!
