I have been visiting this office since 2017. Amazing professional team of doctors. Dr Kamran is blessed with a very good diagnostic skills.
Samrah, the front desk staff is always ready to support in the best way to setup an appointment or any required documentation.

Halton Medix clinic has exceeded my family’s expectation. Samra at the reception is always so friendly and always greets you with a big smile. Dr Fiona has also been wonderful and taking her time with us to understand and our concerns and does not rush us as other clinics and doctors do. Really grateful. Thank you again

Been going to this family clinic since 2017. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Dr. Sarwat Kamran is ontop of all her work and really cares about her patients. I always feel taken care of when I take myself and kids to her. Front desk is always friendly and inviting. You don't feel rushed whether it be a scheduled or walk in appointment

- I just had an appointment today. I have to say the front staff were very kind. Even though the wait time can get long sometimes, the service is still very good and the doctor is one of the nicest doctors I've ever been to. Definitely coming back again!

Waited 2 hours at the walk in clinic, there was 1 other person in the waiting room. 1pm on a Wednesday. Has to be the worst experience I've had at a walk in clinic, do yourself a favour and go almost anywhere else

I don’t recommend this place for anyone because the waiting is too high. When you ask about the waiting the receptionist say only about 15,20 but the reality is more than hour.

The wait time with an appointment is minimum 2 hour! No respect for other people's time!

The doctors are good and staff is friendly.

I'm writing this review after my 4th bad experience with the wait time. Once I had to wait for more than 2 hours with my infant (less than 1 year old). It is really inconvenient when you have to wait hours to see the doctor even after booking an appointment in advance while taking unpaid time off work. I don't want to be telling you how to run your business but if you see that there is a huge backlog atleast call the person with scheduled appointment to check if they want to reschedule or inform the patient that it's going to be a while so that they can make necessary arrangements. Please respect everyone's time. All I'm saying is if you know you can't meet the patient with an appointment in 15 mins let them know so they are either reschedule or come prepared to wait for long.

Updating Review on Feb 2023. This issue has become worse. No attempt to fix the delay from the clinic's side. Changed my family doctor and now I'm super happy. Can't believe I stayed here this long. Please leave if you are unhappy. There are better clinics out there.

Had a great experience at the clinic. The service was quick and informative. Dr. Kamran is a amazing doctor who really cares about her patients. The facility is clean, well maintained and the staff are always so kind.

Dr. Kamran is a wonderful doctor and the clinic is the best clinic I have been too! She is kind, patient and understanding. The clinic is also very clean, organized and the staff are wonderful.

Dr. Kamran is a very professional doctor with incredible care for her patients. Her and her staff have always treated me with such respect and kindness. Always my recommendation when someone is asking for a new family doctor.

Horrible place. Very shady, they do a very bad job and rip u off. Pathetic unhygenic place and the staff /owner are very unprofessional. Do not go there. Sarwat especially is a pathetic lady.

Male doctor (unsure of name) can be dismissive. I went in for an infection I was fighting and told him it felt internal. He goes “well why do you think that” in a very judgemental tone. Turns out… I have a kidney infection. Yeah! It was Internal!

I’ve had great experiences with the female doctor there though.

You better go to hospital than coming here. I was the 2nd one right after clinic opened at 10AM but saw doctor at 12: 55

We were 5min before opening, no patients were at the clinic. Waited 45min because dr was not even in. After we left they called us to tell us that Dr was with other patients! I came out several times to check and clinic was empty! So unprofessional

Worst walk-in clinic I have even been into. I signed in at 1: 30pm, they said the wait time is 45 mins, and asked me to leave and come back. I came back after 45 mins, I was asked to wait, I waited for another 60 mins, then moved to the room, waited for another 20 mins until the dr.showed up. They could’ve been transparent from the beginning and I would’ve appreciated their honesty and went to another clinic. They locked up my whole afternoon. I will never come back here again nor recommend the treatment received.

I have been going to Dr Gill for some time now. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, patiently listens and answers to my questions.

This clinic is disgraceful. Unhygienic, disorganized, and refuse care. I've had an appointment for MONTHS for a new family doctor - Dr. Rashid, came in before my appointment time and had to wait 40 minutes to be seen - while waiting the front desk associate took my info on a note pad, they don't even have proper forms for new patients. The patient room was dirty. The family doctor came in and flat out told me she won't accept patients with mental health issues or that need any ongoing care or prescriptions. I said this info should be given when people call to make these appointments and wait months to be seen because it's not easy finding a new family doctor and you're wasting everyones time. She shrugged and said she "understands" but they can't go into detail on the phone. I asked if she can at least refer me to someone else accepting new patients and she didn't have any options. There were other upset patients in the clinic as well, one even yelling about being refused care. This place is a joke.

Clinic replied: "Sorry you feel this way, our clinic is clean, staff is professional and we don’t tolerate aggressive behaviour. " So you can add lying & gaslighting to my above review of them. They don't care about anyone.

If you value your time and your energy please steer away from this place. The absolute worst when it comes to waiting and valuing your time. I had an appointment for a paid (driver exam) and awaited over 1.5 hrs. And I was out in 2 hours &10 minutes. The actual test too about 3 minutes. So all this waiting was absurd & absolutely unacceptable. I hope they get that fixed. The staff are polite, but the wait is unacceptable.

Excellent caring service. The doctors really care. I came when the clinic was almost closed and the receptionist was gone but the doctor took me in as I had a small cut on my finger and stitched my finger. Really happy for the service and care as avoided 6-7 hrs of ER wait time.

Got recommend to go here from Ontario health. Now I’m trying to find another place. Doctor here is terrible. She just talked about how she wants to be a doctor in Oakville.she seems unhappy that she’s working here.

Avoid this clinic. Although their medical service are excellent this review is about their costumer service. Getting an appointment is near impossible they leave you on the line and never answer. Either they do a functional online booking system or they should try picking you a phone. Every time I need to visit and remember how incompetent this place is I don’t bother.

Avoid this clinic. Although the doctors at this clinic are nice, getting an appointment is impossible. They ask that you use the online system but its not properly monitored. You rarely hear back with a confirmed appointment date and time, you have to keep trying to book until you get a response. Calling is another issues its the best way to confirm or book an appointment, but be prepared for a long hold. You’ll never get a call back about your blood work results, you have to call and email daily until the receptionist gets a doctor to call you back. I had high hopes for this clinic, but going to any other walk-in clinic is more productive and efficient for your health concerns.

Absolutely terrible reception staff. I would give a zero if it were possible. I called in to see if they had availability for walk in appointments. The receptionist doesn’t even have the decency to greet the patients, rather in a rush they go “halton medix hold” and then leave you on hold for a good 10-20 minutes. I called 4 times today each time when it came to my call they hung up the phone. Very inappropriate behaviour for a medical clinic especially, where you should be helping your patients. Please hire more reception staff or train your employees better. Very unprofessional behaviour. If my experience to just get an appointment has been so terrible, I can’t imagine what it’d be like at the clinic. I will be avoiding in the future such a waste of time and no care for others

Response to owner: I have tried your online booking option, that doesn't change appointment wait times, or the behaviour of the staff. Second, I haven't ignored your policies or procedures so you don't need to try and shift the blame. You just need to take accountability and take action.

Halton medix is my go to clinic! The receptionists are friendly and the doctors know what they are doing.they are efficient as well as thorough, always a great experience!
