HALTON PEDIATRICS

We had a meet and greet appointment and we waited 2 hours for our appointment (when we were booked for 2: 45) this process was essentially like a walk in clinic which we did not appreciate we have a 5 month old and he had to stay without any clothes for 2 hours with no doors on the rooms and people walking in and out the room was also not clean with no paper on the changing table.it was on the floor.
When the physician FINALLY came in our appointment was a total of 2 minutes.he did not ask any questions other than do we have any concerns. This was supposed to be a 30 min appointment and he did not get any information about our son. You can tell that patients are crammed into the schedule and there is no care.
This place should not be running this way you are dealing with children and infants and that is NOT okay. I will be looking for a real pediatrician

Made an appointment to see Dr Blumenthat weeks in advance. On appointment day arrived on time with my kid. After 40 minutes waiting still no sign of the doctor. Clinic was not busy, no patients in waiting room. Wasted my time and my kids time coming here, will not be back again. Only one star as front desk staff are nice. Horribly run clinic.

Took my child to clinic for the first time. Dr Waseem is an great doctor.

Dr. Waseem was wonderful when I brought my kids in to see him. He has such a wealth of knowledge to share and took his time to explain. The wait wasn’t too long and the clinic staff were also so kind and helpful.

Dr. Philips is AMAZING! So happy to have her as our children's Pediatrician.
