Been with them for 4 years now and they are fantastic. Great customer service and very prompt with any issues I have had with my pool.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
The lady that works there has no people skills at all! I don’t understand how you can run a business like this and still be in business!
She was rude to me from the moment I walked in, when I told her I had an aboveground swimming pool, it only made it worse! Obviously, They don’t care about these reviews!
If you care about good customer service, don’t waste your time going there!

Halton Pools and Spa performed our partial pool opening in mid May and we were very pleased with their service. They helped me with the installation of my pool stairs and Dennis tightened all the hose fittings to ensure there weren’t any leaks. I will definitely be using their service for our pool closing.

Excellent experience ordering a new Bullfrog spa. Krista was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was delayed once the store received the tub so I had arranged an outside company for delivery. Loses a star for the delivery issue but otherwise a good experience.

What happened to customer is right?

We had just installed a pool this summer so I didn’t previously have a preferred pool supply store. We found Halton Pools and Spas and never looked back. The product selection was great, the customer service was good for the most part and the location is nice. I also found the prices better that the local competitor store. Overall good experiences and I will continue to shop there.

Halton Pool closed our pool this year. So many things were left UNDONE! Left the pool motor running, didn’t remove the clorinator (nor cleaned it as I was told they did!), left the pilot light on the heater, the drain plug to the sensor was left connected. So VERY disappointed in their closing!
