Me and my sister in law had dinner here not long ago, and before going, I heard it could be a bit expensive, but it was definitely worth it. Not only was the food great, but our server, Adele made the experience that much better. She was very helpful and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. I’d definitely recommend eating here if you’re looking for a cute little night out, and are alright with spending that extra few dollars!

Went there with some friends for lunch. I heard good things about the burgers here. Was disappointed with my visit.
Atmosphere - for most of our lunch the back door to the kitchen was left open and we had to eat with our coats on.
Service - out waitress spent most of the time speaking to patrons at the bar We had to flag her down a couple of times.
Food I had the Hawaiian Punch burger with onion rings. Portion size is large. Onion rings were tasty. Burger didn't taste like much at all. The burger was very well done. I asked for medium rare. Bun was very thin and fell apart. There was no pineapple to see or taste.
I was hoping for a better experience. May give it another try when I am back in Hamilton.

SO I WAS TOLD TO COME HERE BY THE GO KART PLACE AROUND THE CORNER AS WE CAME FROM LONDON AND OMG THIS BURGER IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST THING I HAVE EVER HAD IM WRITING THIS REVIEW A MONTH LATER BECAUSE I’M STILL DREAMING ABOUT IT MY WIFE AND I WILL BE MAKING THE DRIVE JUST FOR A MEAL SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT GEEEEEEZ MY GOODNESS IT WAS GOOD

My whole order was wrong which I don’t understand cause I ordered there for takeout and what seemed like the manager took my order an still messed it up payed extra for things I didn’t receive all in a not a good experience

Place has gone downhill from a year ago, i got take out and burger was completely raw inside. Young kids working there are clueless and have no idea how to think.

Absolutely disappointing experience my family had with this location last night. I want to preface this review by saying my family and friends are all huge fans of HMBRGR and often frequent the other locations. So, I actually know what to expect when it comes to the food and service.
Last night, we placed a takeout order and my cousin spoke to the employee working there to make sure that one of our orders is dairy-free due to a severe allergy — severe to the point where she has to carry an epipen with her. She even made sure to include in the Uber app that her specific burger has to be dairy-free. Then, my other cousin picking up the order even specifically asked the worker if our cousin’s burger is dairy-free.
To our disappointment, the burger had cheese on it! My cousin called the restaurant to tell them and they proceeded by gaslighting us and saying it’s our fault when we literally made all the necessary steps to ensure her burger was made correctly and safely. We wanted to speak to the manager because this was extremely disappointing AND DANGEROUS and have never had issues at other HMBRGR locations. The manager refused to speak to us and their staff wouldn’t give us a name — because duh, they were in the wrong. Anyways, we will never be going here again and highly recommend others to check out the other locations for better service and food. This location seriously needs to be trained on customer service. Learn how to take accountability and grow up. This issue could’ve been easily remedied by an apology and re-making the order.

Service was extremely slow. Food was tasty but not as good as I remember it from a few years ago. Two hamburgers and fries took nearly 1h45 before we were out of there.
