Saved the day! Within a day of hitting a rock and destroying our prop and messing up our Suzuki DF150 motor we are all ready to go on our vacation with our boat. Thank you Sandra on the frontlines - very professional and reassuring on the phone. Ben, are you clairvoyant too? You had the part we needed and flexed knowing our situation. Tom, what a great job on the repair, and the extra value in making sure everything was beyond perfect (better than when we bought the boat). When you've had the best there is no going back to any other, you have our loyalty. Unbelievable customer service - we appreciate Team Hamer Bay Marine.

This Marina is by far the best marina in the area as they are pleasant, knowledgeable.and took care of me with great service and fair pricing. Mike went out of his way to make sure my service request was fixed right away. I recommend you visit here for service, to purchase a boat or boat parts, or to winterized and store your boat until next season. Great work Mike. I wish you great success. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable and great to talk to when it came to all of our questions. This time around was gauges and selecting the optimal propeller to get maximum performance out of our boat.

So I endorsed Hamer Bay Marine more or less as a courtesy as I knew the owner, since retired, and respected him. However, I just had one of the worst service experiences in my life over a simple repair to an Evinrude 9.9 hp motor that I dropped off for repairs last September. I only just got it back, June 22, after many phone calls that were never returned. I finally blew up at some poor woman at the end of the line and then was called back. I don't know why I was treated so badly but I don't want anyone else to experience that kind of "service"

I was speaking to Terry from parts I believe about a power steering issue and he was an absolute wealth of knowledge and experience. He helped me out towards a repair path and added info on problem areas, design recalls etc. This group definitely are professional, honest and know what they are doing. I have also ordered parts from them in the past that arrived quickly.

Ben has helped me out with great advice, service, and parts for the projects I have taken on. The staff at Hamer Bay Marine have gone above and beyond, for small orders that didn't bring a lot of monetary value. Great place to deal with!
