Hamilton Alignment & Brakes

The Hamilton alignment break, first it's gus pump, then it's a transmission, then it's a computer or electric problem from February they was not able to figure out what is the problem even replacement of transmission and still same problem just guessing if that was not in the end transmission problem I believe then there was never problem with transmission, they shouldn't call themselves professionals, because if they are then they don't have to put the car to different shop to find a problem, OR maybe they are just to busy to fix cars without see each other every two weeks, yes they give you a car just to shut ur mouth that they can have more time ooo they have my car they will good 1 mouth, never come there back in my live.

This shop is so unprofessional! I called few days before to book a service for Tuesday. However, when I got on their shop at the scheduled appointment time, staff were just making excuses that they cant do the service cause no one booked the service! This is such an inconvenience for the client. I’m never going here again!

Absolutely disappointed, book an appointment for an alignment but ended up waiting 3 hours just to be charged for a service that wasn’t done right. Only the front was done

Busy place, which means they can afford to be honest. With mechanics, often you need to "take their word for it" but here they honestly did the work without any extra (unnecessary) upsell. I appreciated it. Good mechanics are hard to find, but my first experience here was good.

I have been a customer here for many years and I am always extremely satisfied with the work they do. I just had my front brakes and rotors changed, as well as snow tires put on, and now I stop very quick and smoothly - just in time for winter. Their attention to detail and extensive knowledge make me worry free when I leave my vehicle in their care.

I have used this business in the past and had no complaints as they do good work but Today was a whole new experience involving discrimination! I am medically exempt from wearing a mask and was at this business for 15 minutes after checking in with the owner who WASN'T wearing a mask and gave him my keys. As I sat in the small waiting room an employee was standing beside me with NO mask for 5 minutes heating up his lunch. 10 minutes later another employee walked through the 6ft wide waiting room NOT wearing a mask telling me I had to wear one but kept going. Then a few minutes later a woman appears in the doorway also telling me I had to wear a mask yet she was right there, NOT wearing a mask! I explained my medical situation but they preferred I stand outside in the cold for an appt.which they were already 20 mins.late for. After hearing some lame excuses and exchanged some words I left. While sitting outside the owner himself walked straight through the waiting room with customers a couple feet away with again NO mask. Hypocrisy and Discrimination were all I experienced here. I was quite happy to see them not wearing masks and was 100% ok with it but wow did they ruin my experience and now after taking the afternoon to give them my business I need to go somewhere else and waste another day. I recently took my wife’s car to Hamilton Alignment And Brakes to have her brakes serviced. Upon arrival the employees were very welcoming. I handed them my keys and knew I could trust them. They did a great job in a timely manner and the price was right. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here again for all service. Highly recommend

Needed an alignment and read good reviews of this place. I can say this: they did the work well, I am beyond picky about things with my car mechanically! Went back and they made it so that the car was not only in specs but done to absolute perfection! They were kind and understanding and did not argue like most other shops would. Went above and beyond. I can definitely recommend going here as they are in fact honest and want to make sure a customer is happy with the work done.

Went for an alignment on my truck. A day later the wheel looked funny so i called. They told me to come 1st thing in the am. Was there at 8 30. They didnt get me back in till 9 15 because they were moving cars around and sweeping up. Finally got it fixed but still didn't look right so took it to Ontario tire and its finally done properly

This is a great service center, which is driven by Tony’s smart, caring professionalism. Despite always being extremely busy at the shop, he recently made the effort to fit me in for a quick oil change because I was due and that he wanted to help me out.

I have been going to Tony for over 5 years. Tony has treated me better than any other mechanic I have ever encountered in my life. Even though I don't know as much about cars as a fully trained mechanic, he never talks down to me. I always enjoy working with him.

My car won't start, so I brought in my car for repair to this garage. It was my first time trying their service. I was delighted with the attention to detail when it came to social distancing and COVID safety practices. It turned out that my alternator died and I needed a new one. They repaired my car in a few hours at an excellent price. I will be coming back again for all my car needs. Thank you.

Went in for alignment. Paid them! And my car still has alignment issues! Then he says I need front end work to make it straight! They just take your money!

HUGE SCAM. Explained issue of my truck pulling to the one side, they tell me its a alignment issue. I bring my truck in they do the alignment, charge me $100 then tell me the issue isn't fixed because I needa new tire. Guys a joke that owns the place. BEWARE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE. Horrible business practice.

Tony has been my go to mechanic since we moved to the Delta in 2009. Gives good and realistic advice about repairs. Shop does great work. A true family business - and locally owned too!

I recently purchased new tires here and had a fantastic experience. The mechanics were very professional and did a great job. The price they gave me for all four tires was great and in line with other tire shops. I will be coming back for all my repairs and maintenance. Five stars all the way!

Good experience all around. Brought my SUV in for an alignment since this place had such good reviews. Wow, did they seem busy with cars overflowing their parking lot - I think they could do with a valet ;)
Although I couldn't proceed with the alignment since the truck needed some ball joint work which I couldn't afford at the moment, they gave me an ok estimate and didn't charge me for the estimate. Thanks!

Being a female and not understanding cars makes it easy for a dishonest mechanic to take advantage. Tony and his mechanics are amazing and trustworthy. I always get great service and they take care of everything including repairs and maintenance. If my car needs a major repair they will drive me home or to work. The prices are fair and I haven't experienced any break downs. If you are a female, try out this place. You won't be disappointed.

Tony and his team have the best automotive service in Hamilton. I take my VW Jetta here for all my maintenance and repairs. I always get great service and a ride home if my car needs to stay a while. Overall I recommend this place.

Place is trash, every issue they said they "fixed" was not fixed. Take your money someone else

Tony & his team of trained techs have always been able to make time for our car and make sure we are ready to go. With our racing car, many traditional alignment shops aren't interested or understand the specific adjustments we do. Never a question and always the best. Thanks guys. 10/10

I was recommended to come here by a friend. I am a female who is very nervous dealing with mechanics. My knowledge of cars is weak, and I don’t want to be taken advantage of. I found the service to be good. The mechanic working on my car was honest and didn’t try to overcharge. Their rates were fair. While they repaired my car they gave me a tablet and a coffee. I will be coming back for their preventative maintenance service. I am pleased with the service and I would recommend this garage to my network.

I was very happy to get quick service when my car broke down on the QEW close to HWY 20. I called Hamilton Alignment and Brakes. They sent over a tow truck and brought my vehicle to their shop. It turned out to be an issue that they fixed in less than 2 hours. The rates were great and all in. I was amazed at how much they cared. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Good people here!
