Amazing job by HDS. Had a new garage door and opener installed today by Brad. Really down to earth Guy and great Customer service. From going into their office and meeting with Terry to the installation we couldn’t be happier! Great Company with great People.

Called Hamilton Door Systems to replace an old and broken garage door opener. Paul was out the next day and the job was completed quickly and professionally. He thoroughly explained all the features of the new opener. Very pleased with the results. I have used Hamilton Door Systems in the past to repair a broken cable and I highly recommend them for professional service and installations.

I was delighted with the service that Hamilton Door Systems provided. The technician was efficient and personable and saved me money. My expectations were exceeded and if I ever have to have work done on my garage door, I will call them!

Brad was on time and did a great job in installing the garage door and fixing the opener (chain fell off and was tangled). It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at HDS.

Brad was great! Called for a maintenance check on an old door, fast and friendly.my screen door handle decided to fall off and brad quickly fixed that too! Will def call again in future when needed.

My garage door chain/wire cable let go this afternoon and phoned for a service call because I had used HDS before to replace a broken garage door spring. Brad arrived within the hour. Great service, found and fixed the problem and tweaked and tuned up the mechanism. The door now works more quietly and smoothly than before. Brad was courteous, friendly and very thorough. Couldn't ask for more from a service call. Very satisfied. Absolute top marks go to Hamilton Door Systems. Highly recommended!

Our spring on our garage door broke and we didn't know where to start. We were told by our neighbor that Hamilton Door Systems were affordable and good. So we made an appointment for Friday between 10-12: 30 June 2nd 2023. Joe showed up right at 10am and was very informative. Answered any questions we had and fixed our garage door in like 20 minutes. We were very impressed and recommend this company to anyone in the area with garage door issues. They are very punctual, thorough and professional.

Replaced door spring the next day. Arrived at the agreed time. Paul, the technician, was friendly and excellent at this job. Replacement spring was completed promptly and really appreciated the extra time he took making sure our garage door was working correctly.

The garage door blew up and fell apart Friday morning with a broken cable and came off the track and wheels went flying. Called HDS and by 1: 00 pm the door was completely fixed and working more quietly and better than ever - and the cost was not too bad either. Thank you HDS!

Second garage door repair company I had out. First repair lasted only a few months. These guys (Joe and Paul) were way more knowledgable and professional. Pointed out a few errors made during install causing problems and fixed them with cheap solutions. Working way better now! Highly recommended calling them first if you have a garage door issue.

Just had Brad. He came out-same Day! Explained everything, and answered all our questions. Didn’t try to upsell us. Did his work quick and it looks great! Very happy! Will definitely use HDS in the future, as well as suggest them to our Friends & Family.

Finally made the decision and bought a new garage door and opener. Glad I did it and am very happy with the choice of company. Did a great job with the install and enjoy being able to put the entire price on my credit card which made it easy. The reason for the four stars was the communication was through email and the company had difficulty doing that, they wanted direct communication via a phone call, as I am on the road 10 hrs a day email is my preferred method of communication. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again. House looks great with the new garage door!

Got home from vacation and door would not work properly. Called in expecting to get an appointment next week. Joe said he would be over in 5 minutes. He fixed the door, aligned it properly, got in working better than before. Had it all done within 15 minutes. Great service. Good price. Highly recommend

I called HDS to replace the weather strips and the bottom rubber seal on the garage door. Brad and Paul worked very quickly and neatly. They were both very polite. While they were here, a quick maintenance check was done and they noticed that the push button wall control for the garage opener wasn’t working so they investigated it and got it working. I was very impressed with their work ethic. I will definitely recommend and use HDS again.

Everything about our service call was fantastic! Absolutely incredible service! Previously they had installed a new garage door opener and today they repaired a 50 year old garage door opener! Everyone I dealt with was friendly from the receptionist to Joe who worked magic on the old door!

Just wanted to thank the folks at Hamilton Door Systems! Tension spring broke on my garage door today, called for a service person to come and repair it. I was given an accurate quote and a 3 hour window which is kind of pleasant compared to some maintenance calls! The repair guy showed up at the early end of the window! Door was repaired quickly and he even did a bit of maintenance on the hinges, rollers and the cables. Excellent service and quick response! And he followed COVID responsible guidelines.

Very pleased with Hamilton Door Systems. Cody was a fantastic installer and customer service was excellent in keeping me updated from the time I purchased to installation day. A well warranted 5 stars from me.

Shout out to Brad, stellar guy. Called him minutes before they closed because my garage door wasn't closing, and instead of wasting my time and money by sending a tech, he walked me through some potential problems and we fixed it together over the phone. Amazing customer service, and hopefully I don't need to fix my garage again, but if I do they'd be my first call no doubt.
