Hamilton Laundry

We had a large comforter to wash and dry. We found Hamilton Laundry online and our first visit was how others have also described. Lily was very friendly and helpful and guided us through what we needed to do. We would return.

We were welcomed by Lilly and shown how the machines work and given advice on which machines to use for our needs. We were also told the best dryers to use for our large amounts of laundry. The place was clean and well cared for. Lilly was kind and helpful. She took pride in keeping things clean.

Awesome laundromat! Hours are very convenient. It’s a very clean facility and has a great waiting area where you can purchase drinks and snacks. I dealt with an employee named lily and she was an absolute pleasure to be around!

First time customer! Walked into a bright beautiful and clean environment.haven’t been to a laundromat before and Lilly was so helpful on showing me around, teaching me the machines and directed me through the app. Lilly was the added touch to a warm welcome. Detergent and sheets are available to purchase which was great! 10/10 facility!

We recently visited this laundromat and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service, from Lily. We found ourselves short on cash, and without hesitation, Lily stepped in to help us with her own money. Not only was her gesture heartwarming, but her frank and open personality made our experience even more enjoyable. We spent about an hour there, but it didn't feel like it at all, thanks to the friendly atmosphere she created.

There’s no words for lily. She is amazing and polite. We really appreciate her. I highly recommend lily for her exceptional service. Love her a lot. Thankyou lily. It was really nice to meet her.

I don’t usually use laundromats, but I had a lot to do and didn’t want to dedicate my day to it. I came here and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the app they use for payment is easy to use. I am very impressed. I will definitely return if I find myself in this situation again.

A very busy place but well kept. I really like the variety of washer and dryer sizes. I would recommend this business.

Promotes using an online app to pay for your laundry. Apparently it hasn't been working for days, but there's literally 0 signs letting you know anywhere. Is it hard to put a sign on your door?

Worst Experience OF MY LIFE! Robbed me of $20 and the washer wouldn't start! Wasted my entire DAY!

I love this laundromat!
It is always clean and the staff is always helpful and pleasant, and bonus; they are open late. Lilly, the attendant really helped me out of a bind tonight. I locked my keys in my trunk. My cell phone, purse and everything was locked in the car. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance from a strangers phone and they couldn't find anyone to come out to unlock my car until the morning. I was beside myself thinking I was spending the night in a dark parking lot beside my car. Lilly the attendant there really helped me out by using her CAA membership for me. It was almost midnight and the laundromat closes at 1am. Lilly stayed with me until 1: 30 when they arrived. Lilly is a very kind, compassionate soul and is definitely an asset to this company. Lilly, thank you from the bottom of my heart! See you again soon.

This was our first time here and I have to say that Lily was phenomenal! She helped me walk through the process of getting the right machine for my King size bedspread. The place is super clean. Thanks Lily for making my experience such a positive one. Have a safe trip back home! Nancy

First time using this laundromat, tons of machines, no issues for change, everything was clean and neat, the attendant Sitha (I think?) was so helpful, and fixed the machine when I put too much soap. Will definitely use this place again during our home reno!

Excellent facilities, clean, tons of machines well kept! Music at a tolerable level - even the patrons are decently mooded!

I came here on June 27th at 11: 20 knowing the laundromat is open until 1am and carol that was here working refused my business telling me I couldn't do my laundry. She was very rude. I come in here faithfully for the last 5 years and have NEVER been turned away. On a regular basis every three weeks im spending at least $100. Terrible customer service. Im glad I came back tonight to see my dear friend lilly who is working tonight who kindly helps me, allows me to come at 1130 knowing I'm not going to keep the staff here later then close. She is absolutely delightful always. Such a kind hearted friendly staff member and she is the reason I am willing to still come here. If lilly wasn't here I wouldn't come after the experience I had yesterday.

Easy access as it's right in front of the HSR#21 bus stop. The staff was nice & helped me find a washing machine to use. The machine itself has the instructions posted on it. There were few seats around the room, but as there were plenty of people when I came, I opted to stand while waiting instead. As reference, the double load machine I used was $3.50 for 25mins using warm water (the cheapest I saw on their website). Note that staff may move your laundry into a laundry cart if someone else needs a machine & you're not back to get it (See picture).

This is a good place when you need to do laundry. There are many washing machines and dryers, and the staff is friendly. Prices are listed on the website, but they vary depending on the temperature of the water you choose. Please note that the staff may move the laundry even after the laundry is finished when no customers are present (see photo).

As far as the facility, very clean, tidy and air was fresh inside! They have washrooms for thier patrons. Vending machines for food and products. Coin machine and lots of room. Thank you!

I have lived in Hamilton for about 13 years, and have been to all of the laundrymats down the hill. And trust me when I say, I have seen some ISH at those places! There is nothing worse than paying top dollar to do laundry just to get home and find your clothes are not clean. Today I decided to do some spring cleaning and gathered every piece of washable fabric in my house. Clothes, bedding, towels, everything. I needed to find a spot that was big enough for everything so I decided to try out Hamilton Laundry and to say I am wow'ed is an understatement! It's clean, there is a bathroom, a laundry sink, lots of machines, my clothes are SO clean, and best of all, THERE IS AN AMAZING MASSAGE CHAIR! Probably the best one I have ever sat in to be honest. Got a massage while I waited for my clothes to dry. The attendant, Lily, she is busy cleaning and polishing everything, and is so friendly. I don't know what she makes but Owners: she needs a raise! Employees like her are hard to come by. Will definitely be back.
