Hamilton Motorcycle Repair

Useless. I come in 10: 15am to see if this guy has time to change valvesteams, provided I bring him wheels; he tells me he can do that and to bring em' down; I disable my bike in a friend's garage and return within the hour to find he's closed up shop, no note, no operating hours.call, hear the phone ring inside; no voice-mail. As it happens two ladies pull up one on a Yamaha the other a shadow. The lady with the Yamaha just had her bike saftied 2 weeks ago by this gentleman with a kickstand bushing so loose that the safety switch was being tripped while riding. A blatant failure to check the most basic things on safety. This guy is a hack; being a hack working on cars is one thing.on a bike everything is life or death. Think twice before visiting this incompetent.

Sadly very poor customer service experience. Looking to have fork seals done on my bike (its a Honda). Was told to go to the dealer right off the bat by someone who had no time of day for me. Quite surprised actually.

Chris is your main man. He's been doing motorcycle repair for a long time and been at this location for a while. Speak loud cause he has a hard time hearing but awesome and reliable. Been able to store my bike there for over the winter (2022) year for a good price. Don't call, just stop by and talk to him. Easier to communicate that way

I called Hamilton Motorcycle Repair the other day after experiencing some transmission issues.

Chris was able to fit me in that day, educate me on a few things about my bike I didn't know (of which there's many), and had me rolling down the road again in no time.

The price for work was more than fair, and I will be taking my bike here for any needs in the future. I am truly grateful for the service I had, and accommodating my schedule.

I called & asked if he could perform a safety & when was it possible. His response was if you can be here within the hour i'll do it while you wait. I arrived within the hr and was on my way in just under an hrs time. He allowed me to watch what he was doing & offered advice as to what to watch out for based on his experience. Very helpful & I would recommend his service. He was also one of the less expensive people to see for a safety.
