I never thought I would be saying that going to the dentist was a great experience but this was. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

I also like a good laugh, all goals were met with the experience. From the time I entered the office to the time I left, it was all positive.

Erica was so pleasant when doing my scan. She was so thoughtful in explaining every step. Appreciated her manner of communicating with me and expressed my feelings to her. Excellent when treating patients.

On January the 31st, 2022 I had the misfortune of losing a filling. I called this clinic as it was closest to where I live and had a good rating. Well, I never had the opportunity to assess their actual dental ability since I was put on hold seconds after I called. After remaining on hold for over five minutes, I gave up. Apparently they were not at all interested in my business which I took elsewhere. You people missed out on almost $1,200.00 this day. Nevermind the repeat business. IMO you have terrible reception.

I absolutely love my dental team! They have worked with me for years to ensure my oral health. Lisa is wonderful and has really helped me deal with my anxiety and pain tolerance regarding the dentist. Every person has provided exceptional service!

I recently got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at this dental office and I am very happy with how caring everyone was, from the receptionist, the dentist and his assistant.
They made sure to explain to me everything that will be happening and took extra precaution that I won't feel a thing since I only did the freezing on all 4 of my teeth.
Overall, I will bring my children here for their first appointment forsure.

This was my first visit today. I am extremely anxious going to the dentist and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. From the time of appointment booking I felt heard, understood and cared for. Dr Malhi was kind, patient and thorough.
The absolute highlight of my experience was the hygienist Amberlee. If it wasn’t for her care, empathy and skill… I may not have made it through the appointment. She explained every procedure in detail and gave several check in points to ensure I was ok. I was terrified today… but because of this entire team… I am looking forward to returning.

I phoned for a tooth ache in the morning and 3 hours later I was sitting in the chair. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff, the urgency of admittance and the professional treatment from Dr. Urquhart, so much for that I switched from my original dentist to him. From what I experienced the team is top notch and I have full faith in their expertise. I look forward to see them for my next checkup.

I visited this dental office 3 times and the young short lady who does the x-rays always make me feel welcome! She is very professional and helpful! I can't remember her name but she is the shortest female in the office! She is an excellent worker! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. Tania the hygienist is probably the best hygienist I have ever hard!

New patient at Century Stone Dental for 3 months now and this Dentist (Dr. Kenneth Urquhart) is the best dentist I have ever had! The Dental Assistant Erika, who is a really nice lady, works seamlessly along side Dr. Urquhart and makes your visit very enjoyable & friendly! What a great office! I was hesitant at first, as I always am with dental work. I was greeted by Sandy with a big smile. She made me feel at ease while I waited for my turn.
It was great feeling like visiting with a friend while I sat nervously waiting.
Great staff and Dr Urquhart did pain free work for me. 2 thumbs up.

I can’t say enough great things about these guys. I had Lisa clean my teeth in 2 separate sessions because my teeth were so bad. It had been so long. What an immediate difference I noticed right away.
After that, I got about a dozen cavities across 10 teeth filled. I was very self conscious about my smile. They were so careful with the freezing. I had relayed my apprehension for getting work done because I hate the freezing. I’ve had traumatic experiences with “professionals” that don’t care, in the past. Dr Cooke reassured me multiple times that I would barely even notice the application, and he was true to his word.
What a well oiled machine. Again, I can’t thank them enough for my new smile and their professional courtesy.
This experience was truly a life changer. I have a whole new smile now, which I can be proud of and grateful for. Thanks again guys. You rock!
