All the ladies are super nice and caring. Doctor Sousa is a gentleman and I appreciate all that the clinic does for people with pain.

Was going to this clinic many many years back and had the greatest experience with the receptionist and the doctor. It really was only ever the one girl Kerri and Dr. Surkont I ever saw and they ran a good clinic. Recently went back and the place is a disaster. Receptionist is rude and arrogant and the place is crawling with drug addicts. Will never return.

Very knowledgeable, caring staff who actually listen to you and provide effective pain management options. Dr Pirzada is phenomenal and is a model of what all physicians should be. Highly recommend

I’ve been going to this clinic for 2-3 yrs now.it’s a wonderful place very helpful & always for their patients. I consider them all as family, The secretary’s ate very nice always have a smile on their face, they welcome everyone when they come through the door and akwsys say goodbye when we leave. I’d recommend going here to my friends.

Update- came in today and the same rude receptionist immediately started arguing with me about my review! Again, no apology, just a rude confrontation.

Long wait times (expect to sit 1hr+) most days before seeing a Dr. I go for non-narcotic numbing injections for whip lash. I've had 2 male Dr's, both are great. The blonde receptionist is absolutely horrible, the other is super nice. Ample parking but lots of homeless hanging around begging (there were even a couple tents pitched in the parking lot over the summer. So, it's a real mixed bag. Helps w physical pain but can be unpleasant to visit. Can't wait til I heal up and can stop. Overall, ok i guess.

Excellent office/support staff. FANTASTIC physicians with extensive knowledge of pain and pain control. Very comprehensive initial consultation. I'm FINALLY able to get some pain relief after over a decade dealing with two spinal cord injuries!

Had visited doctor at this clinic sevral times for injections for my back pain. The building a bit dated but staff and doctors are very good and helpful.

DANGER! I have been seriously badly injured by trusting their doctor to give me injections at this clinic. Absolute refusal to follow up or even investigate what went wrong to cause such extreme pain from the treatment. Doctors here are always seemingly to busy and behind schedule to do their job properly on any level, explain what they are doing, examine your case, explain treatment, or to follow up on crucial booked appointments. All the doctors here can offer randomly stick needles, if it badly hurts you they have no concern in the world to follow up on the damage, because you're already crippled, so it doesn't matter if they put you in extreme pain with infected needles and improper practice! They couldn't think of or treat their patients with less concern. Negligent and Incompetent. DANGER!
