I can definitely recommend this clinic for ultrasounds. From start to finish the booking process to the ultrasounds themselves have been friendly and professional. They are very accommodating. I will continue to book here for further testing if needed.

Today was my first appointment at the clinic and I was pleasantly pleased. The waiting room and entire clinic is well kept and designed very nicely. It was obviously well thought out. The wait was non existent, I was a bit early and they called me in slightly before my appointment time to get the ball rolling which was great because I was quite nervous. The tech and doctor were both amazing. They were so pleasant and polite, they were more than happy to chat with me through the whole appointment and made me feel much more at ease. Thank you for a seamless and positive experience today, it was definitely appreciated by this patient.

I was treated so badly in Mississauga for my 20 weeks ultrasound. Today I had an appointment here and from entering I felt welcomed. I really loved the decorations and in the room they had a painting with such beautiful wording. Just felt like home. My ultrasound technician was amazing she was so nice, caring and most importantly took her time with me. During pergancy it's such a roller coaster and an emotional time so having the best team beside you is a blessing. Thanks for all you guys do!

Dr. Leonardi was wonderful. Kind, clear, and one of the least painful ultrasounds I've had. Considering I've generally felt pain for all of my previous ones that's pretty impressive. I got clear and patient information that didn't feel rushed, a sense of importance in their efforts to send the info to my doc asap, and validation about my condition.

I would say the only negative is that they ask preferred name in the form but don't use it without prompting. But for me, I care most about the pain and other aspects of the exam. For someone else this could be very difficult.

Overall I would definitely recommend the place and the doctor. It's amazing to get confirmation and validation before surgery. I don't have to go into surgery being afraid of misdiagnosis or wasting people's time. I get to understand my pain in advanced, and even got more clarity on the why and how.

I had a great experience here! Reception was friendly, my tech was great, very kind. The place also looked clean and honestly really pretty inside the way they decorated it! Overall I would definitely go back again!

I submitted my requisition to Halton-Wentworth X-Ray and Ultrasound a while back and was told someone would contact me within 7-10 business days and to NOT submit my requisition again or to call them. Well its been over two weeks so last night at around 10 pm I decided to try Hamilton Diagnostic. I got a call this morning around 10: 30 am and spoke to a very nice lady who was able to accommodate my requests and booked my appointment! I am already so impressed with this clinic and needed to leave a review for anyone who is looking for a place to get their diagnostic imaging done, this is the place!

I called to make a MSK ultrasound appt. The lady on the phone asked which body part so I told her my thumb. She then said we don't do MSK. I said well your website says you do. She said we are going to change the website. Then I challenged her on the fact she asked me what body part. If they don't do MSK why does the body part matter. She very rudely said, we do shoulder only. If you have any self respect do not go here, you deserve to be treated better.

I called for a simple ultrasound of a couple lumps on my body. Without a single thought, the woman I spoke to on the phone said “we don’t do that here. ” It’s the most straightforward ultrasound you can imagine. What does this place even do, if they can’t ultrasound a couple lumps?

Hands down amazing service.two lovely ladies at the front desk.they got me an appointment very quick for next day, accommodated my needs and were very friendly and helpful! Service was very quick, comfortable and easy.will definitely be coming back here when needed.office was clean and tidy. 10/10
