Going at this place for last one month still doctors are unable to find the illness.at very first visit to this place I remember doctor suggest me to have complete blood count and after one month another doctor suggested the same on my last visit. They do not care even if a person is dying because they have been taught how you suppose to let people die instead of saving them. Even my village doctor back in home country asked me to drink Warm soft water after every one hour. Its okay I know the status of health facilities in Canada

The Doctors at the clinic are great and the receptionists are polite and try to do their best. It's a busy clinic.

My son had an accident in the school and had a huge scar on his forehead, they treated my son with in 15-20 mins. Doctor was very friendly and glued the scar. If we went to emergency God forbid we had to wait for hours even to see the doctor. I was super happy with the service I received. 10/10

Dr Muhsen was thorough and attentive. He listened to all my concerns and made sure I left with the best care. I felt at ease and respected as a patient.

I have to always wait for 45 min after scheduled appointment so what is point to book an appointment. Dr bains is good but management is very poor.

Doctors here are amazing but reception staff are rude to everyone and wait times average 2-3 hours regardless of appointment or walk in.

Giving 1star just for the doctors. The front end team needs to be professional. Even taking appointments beforehand I have to wait min 1hour or more. Neither anyone picks the call and very rarely they give a call back. If asked they say shortage of staff. I am a regular patient there and I am under both the doctors. It's only for the doctors that I go there. If you're visiting there keep a half day reserve for them.

Dr. Bains is by far the best family doctor we have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his patients and we are truly blessed to have him as our family physician.

I have appointments at 2: 00 pm and the reception service the people before my and i come the appointment on time I am waiting hour and 30 minutes and intel now I don’t see the doctor

Sunday 26 Feb 10: 30 Am appointment with Dr Muhsen waited 45 minutes but receptionist is sending 2 walkin people before us and when asked she is saying continuously to me you are next Dr is coming to you i even open door of my room waiting at door so doctor come to my room but then noticed that next patient sign clip receptionist put on other room and asked me to to wait inside and closed my door.

When i show my medical card told staff i have other appointments for dental plz send me in at my time.we have booked appointments 2 weeks before while Dr Muhsen was on vacation.

Administration must need to take action ASAP because of its not the first time this happened it’s happening a lot. Administration should change the staff at this location at first priority because staff at this location Lies a lot who is going to believe them when they lie on your face. Lot of elderly people are talking amongst themselves and not complaining because of bad behavior of staff.

They have a white racist receptionist. It is a disaster when you have a racist front-line person who deals with patients.

I’m a diabetic and had an appointment at 2: 30 PM when I was there they told me to sit when I ask how long they told me may be 20 minutes maybe 40 minutes and I was waiting for this appointment a week I will never back to this place I don’t like the service there because he didn’t respect me and my appointment

Don't go hir this plastic is awful reception treat u like trash. They turned me and my sick 3 year old away. I was in tears.

Not sure how anyone writes a bad review here. I have a family doctor but always visit this clinic for my son and myself. I trust both Dr Bains and Dr Mohsin with our life! Dr Bains is the one I mostly see (always willing to seek other alternative to find out the problem.
Always returning my calls, having appointment over the phone when it’s hard to get to the office, get my prescription fax to my pharmacy in minuits.
I was recommend by a friend who I have known for 24 years now and now I know why she spoke highly about this place!
Dr Mohsin is really great with kids!

Dr. Bains is my family doctor. My fiance and I are lucky to have him. He is always efficient. The front staff Kam and Alyssa are always tremendous getting back to you. Thank you for being a wonderful facility.

Great service with Dr Bains for more than a couple of years now. During COVID-19 he has kindly faxed script renewals without delay. He has a great bedside manner as well.

Just horrible, I went to the walking and it’s open till 7 but they close early. The receptionist wasn’t to pleasant either. What a horrible experience!

Dr Bains is supper intelligent and knowledgeable, he listened and explained everything in ways for you to understand, for me he never disappoint. I would recommend Dr Bains anytime, you won't regret it!

#2 I've been waiting for a colonoscopy for months without a call, I decided to give Dr Bains a try and my problem was solved. I got a call for my procedure just days after Dr Bains sent in my referral. In spite of covid, things are still looking up. Thank you Dr Bains/ Dr Khan

I have been to this clinic before and even then, I only have great things to say. All staff were helpful. I was here yesterday for my TDAP vaccine. Dr. Bains, as usual, was very kind, so knowledgeable, and very compassionate. I should've made a review before but completely forgot, and my appointment yesterday reminded me again of how great they all are. The nurse, Kam/Cam, she was the one who initially took my bloodwork when I first came there, and she's still as nice and sweet as i remembered her to be. I hoped Dr. Bains is a pediatrician so he can look after my babies when they come, but he isn't. Though Cam said i can still go to him for initial assessment for the babies:)
Bottom line, everyone here is amazing, with special emphasis on Cam and Dr. Bains. I'm so very grateful, thank you! Great work

Went to visit Dr Muhsen today walk in, receptionist was very kind and helpful, dr was understanding and friendly, with good knowledge and caring.
Overall recommend this place.

The receptionist is very rude. I went to enter the and saw that I had to call for an appointment, and she came outside as I was calling to book an appointment, to let me know that I have to call. I said ya I'm calling right now, and she was very rude and showed a lot of attitude and said "well I'm not at the desk right now", and then I was like so can I just book an appointment and she just stared at me said ". Okay" and closed the door and went back inside. Then I proceeded to call 4 times, and she didn't answer any of the 4 times. I'd give zero stars if I could.

This place is a joke. I call and they never pick up the phone.and I leave voicemsgs and they never get back to me. Their voicemsg states they will get back in 2 business days and I've been waiting for over a week now. The receptionists are very rude at this place and don't know what customer service means. I definitely dont recommend this walk-in clinic. Also they always mess up my file and my baby's file with my family members. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We have our family doctor at this location, very friendly nurses and doctors that really care about their patients. Wait times may be long, but they are thorough with every visit for everyone.

It takes a couple of days to get a signature from the doctor to get a simple prescription refill faxed back to my pharmacy. It Should not take this long to get a simple signature to be faxed back over.

Terrible! I wish I could write with no star. So I went here today because I need to have my blood pressure check but the receptionist said that I have to book an appointment with the first. Like really? How long does it take for a blood pressure check? Bad Customer service! DO NOT go here unless you want to waste your time

WARNING WALMART STORE IN STONEY CREEK ARE NOT FOLLOWING COVID PROTOCOLS TO KEEP US SAFE- I HOPE THAT BY NOW THEY ARE

I asked the employee at the front if carts were clean, she said yes.

There were dirt gloves in a cart.
I told that employee that is wrong these cards are dirty and you just told me they're clean.

I informed customer service. They replied the clean cards are at the other side of the store.

Then I brought it to the attention of an employee wearing a yellow vest, who said she was a manager.

I also suggested that they designated one entry and one exit

And make sure at the entry point that all carts are clean.

So many stores do the above that I suggested.

Anyways

All of these employees did not respond responsibly and dismissed me.

Everyone in the community needs to know and be careful.

Please please please be careful there's only one entry point that has clean carts

Don't just trust and clean your own carts at walmart

I've been waiting for 2-3 days for my blood work results still haven't heard anything and I've been calling daily

As I was saying that I have had some bad experiences giving blood, bruising ect, I looked down to see the vile filling up not knowing she had stuck me with the needle yet, really impressed! Good job thank you.

I want to say thank you to the Brazilian receptionist at your clinic! Superb service! My old school Portuguese father who hates going to the Drs went in yesterday and he’s still talking about her today! She took very good care of him and I am very grateful. We need more people like this in healthcare. He’s asking my mom to bake her a cake is how much he liked her Thank you so much!

Worst customer service ever. Receptionist really need to learn how to talk to someone. She is super rude and full of arrogance.

10/10 Doctor and clinic. I am super picky about doctors too and I love them. He isn't a pill pusher but isn't some holistic "all natural" poison pusher either. Really respects boundaries patients with C/PTSD or body issues have. Even before he knew of them he was always asking consent and explaining what he was to be doing and why he was going to do it. I never felt pressured to do anything, but he also made it clear why it may have been best to do. He isn't judgemental, and makes you feel comfortable opening up and like you're really cared for by your health team. And he trusts you, which can sadly be really rare in medicine. I've had nothing but positive experience with my infant now going there, especially since he was born at the start of the pandemic which makes everything a bit crazy. They still saw him for his regular checkups and shots, and were great at making sure that I was getting all the information and support I may have needed to help make sure he grows up healthy.
I can't say enough good things. I have never felt so comfortable and safe with a doctor before this clinic. I've gone from dreading appointments to them being routine, even highly triggering ones.

Dr. Mushen is my family doctor. He is the best doctor.
He is porfecinal.
His srcretry is good too. Her name is Kam.

Dr. Mushen is the best doctor, i ever met. He is very kind and also he is never rush just listen to patiant.
His secrtry Kam is nice.

Worst Service -Complete wastage of time

First time had a walk in appointment here. Doctor mentioned some blood tests specifically lipids. Went life labs and does that. When i saw blood reports online, they do not contain lipids test results. After a week I contacted walmart clinic, and they told me that they have not received the test results and told me to wait. After 4 days i called the clinic, they still not had the reports and fixed the new appointment.
Doctor callèd me 40 minutes after the appointment time, which I missed but called back the clinic within a minute and they told me to wait again for doctors call. After an hour I called the clinic again to follow-up and got the same response from receptionist and waited that whole day and even the next day.
The following day i called the clinic and the lady spoke too rudely and blamed me for not attending the doctor's call second time, which i never got.

Dr. Bains is a really great physician! Too bad he's not accepting any patients at this time.

I've had to visit this clinic three times over the past two weeks from out of province. Being highly exposed to the medical field through my employment, I can honestly say I have never seen such kind, compassionate and thorough doctors. I personally saw Dr. Bains and my mother saw the other doctor at the clinic this week as Dr. Bains wasn't in.

The receptionists were incredibly kind as well and I am glad my family found Dr. Bains as a family physician. Gives me a lot of relief knowing they are in good hands.

Doctors are not nearly recognized enough for their great work and they are both incredible.

Hamilton is blessed to have them!

Went in as a walk-in in the morning 30 mins after opening and disappointed with the 2 hr wait time. Based on the sign regarding wait times seems like they have problems managing it. This could have been improved in my opinion. Maybe schedule patients for 10 mins or leave a gap in between family pts that booked? Idk. Or maybe tell pts they could probably wait more than an hour or so since they know anyway how many pts are in line and the minimum time they take to see the dr. I think for a walk in to have that much wait time is excessive without advising the pts that they might be sitting there for a while.

Aside from that, the staff seems fine. I didnt have that much interaction except when registering with them but they are pretty pleasant with kids and other patients.

The clinic is clean though I wish they could change the pads when I came in the room.

Dr. Bains is a great doctor. He is very thorough and reassuring. Aknowledges my concerns and gives solution. It took him 15 mins to see me so I'll do the math myself with the wait times next time I come to the clinic.

Very long wait but the doctor was lovely. Nurses at Reception were very kind as well. I dont reccomend coming on a Wednesday as this is the day they have 1 doctor (that's why the long wait)

Have to say this is one of the best clinics I have been to. The Dr's here take their time to make sure you get everything you need and nothing is left in the dark. Both Dr Muhsen and Bains are phenomenal and so kind and caring. We need more Drs like this in the medical field. Sure the wait times here are long but if you think about it, they are taking their time with each patient to make sure all needs are met rather than rushing you out the door with a prescription that is possibly wrong!

Amazing staff, I can't get over how kind and friendly the receptionist was. Service was fast and it's extremely convenient that they are open on Sundays. Definitely the best experience that I've had going to a walk in. Would 10/10 recommend.

Wait time is a hit or miss, come during the morning and wait will be very short! Staff here are friendly, professional

Waited hour, we were next in line elderly woman walks in and they put her in room directly for apparent back issues she DID NOT have a pager, we have a 4 year old child with 96.4 fever for 4 days. Since when do elderly take priority over children? Horrible horrible service. Never go here again

A close friend has been going to this clinic for 2 years. Upon having a manic episode and panic attack in her doctors office while attempting to secure a different psychiatrist, Dr Jafaar Muhsen YELLED in my friends face to SHUT UP AND ACT LIKE AN ADULT.

I've been a patient here for 2 years, I have severe bipolar disorder and ptsd. I have been in between psychiatrists and needed a new referral for one as well as test results from tests with Dr muhsen 3 weeks ago. The appointment ended with Dr muhsen yelling at me and I certainly did not get the referral I needed. I was admittedly upset, probably loud, during manic episodes I do not have the ability to control my emotions, hence the need for a referral to a psychiatrist. I suffer from mental illnesses that require compassion and empathy, I do not have control over my emotional outbursts and this is exactly why I was asking for help.

Dr muhsen is well aware of all of my issues, having been seeing me as a patient for an extended amount of time. His reaction to me exhibiting the symptoms I need help with was unacceptable and is the reason so many people with mental illnesses do not seek help at all.

Never met a Doctor like Dr. Mohsin. Finally got a good Clinic, I never expected I would. The Doctor was very helpful and took time to listen to our concerns.

DO NOT GO HERE! Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. Waited over an hour for a doctor to sign off on standard forms. 10/10 worst walk in I've visited

In & out under 20 minutes. Dr Bains & the receptionist were great! Very clean clinic, happy to have it in my neighbourhood!

I would have like to have had an experience to review.however, after hauling my newborn in a carseat and my 2 year old inside the store because the outer doors were locked, i found that the closing time listed online and outside the doors as 7pm were incorrect and the closing time listed inside the store was 6pm. (We arrived at 5mons after 6pm). We ended up going to another walkin.

I was very happy with the service I received at the clinic. The staff was warm and welcoming and Dr. Bains was great. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I didn’t even know this clinic existed but I’m so happy I found it! The clinic was very clean, the assistants and doctor were great. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be going back.
