Most of these reviews are misleading.
My appointment was scheduled at 8: 45am in the morning! And it is now 10: 15am waiting to see the doctor.

The young lady who did the allergic reaction test was very nice! Almost thorough, wasn’t able to really detect the bumps, that I could clearly see.

Shortly, after that I was stuck in a room for over 40mins waiting to hear my results.
Went to see what was taking so long, and nobody but the receptionist who couldn’t find anyone either, clearly poorly managed.

Do they not know that everyone has lives? Has work, school or other situations to attend to? Zero Stars IMO.

Super nice doctor, very patient and very fast! Will definitely recommend to friends who need an allergy test.

Had my son test for allergies in 2021, then had a 6 month follow-up. Was told to call and book an appointment before he started school. Called today and the receptionist told me the Doctor O’Hayon did not mention this in his notes and that I need to get another referral from my family doctor. Highly suggest just going to Macmaster and seeing Dr. Waserman. My daughter see her, she’s way more thorough and actually takes the time. And you won’t have to constantly get re-referred. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. NOT to mention the receptionist was condescending when I mentioned Doctor had specifically told me to call and make an appointment, her response was “okay mom”. Very annoyed, especially because I used to rave about this specific doctor as I used to see him when I qas a child, his practice had gone down hill drastically.

Was looking for an allergy specialist, went to his website and on the front page is all covid related plus a video about the importance of getting the shot from 2 years ago.

Well, his video didn't age well! Suggesting everyone and their families take something without knowing them is extremely careless. I wouldn't do that even with something as simple as peanuts. Never mind that most people were not at risk for anything seriously happening to them after catching covid, most got over it in a few days to a week. This should be considered malpractice!

I cannot relay how happy and relieved I was with my appointment today. I have been dealing with daily hives since March of this year. I have had push back and negligence with my GP. I requested a referral to Ohayon (my children have gone to him for allergy tests in the past) it took about 8 month on the wait list, which is frustrating but is expected with special referrals.
He truly listens to his patients, and his compassion for my situation was outstanding. I was given a diagnosis of chronic hives, a prescription, a plan and a follow up appointment.
Throughout my children’s experiences as well as my own, I highly recommend Dr Ohayon. I was in the office for a long time, but I also understand that this is on par for specialist appointments, and his care, thoroughness, and compassion outweigh the wait times.

This place is a time waste. The waiting time is more than 1 hour, and in the end, no result. The doctor prescribed the wrong medication which made my son feel worse than before. There is zero effect from this doctor and office! Not recommended to anyone.

Waiting time was extremely long. Was told the doctor would "see me shortly" and was waiting for 51 minutes. The least they could have done is warned be it would be a while.
