The pool heater is still not working with the same issue from last year. The kids on the team were all cold and warming up in the shower. The evening staff from the front desk were very unpleasant and rude to the children. If the hotel has issues with hockey teams and the busyness, then down sign up to host teams.

Thank you to Ken, the front desk manager, for an exceptional experience on both of my stays over the summer. He selected a peaceful, ultra-quiet room location. The room was well-appointed and had a very comfortable bed - a really lovely room.
The entire staff was welcoming, accommodating, and gracious.
Ken and the staff made my stay extra enjoyable.
This hotel is in the top three best of all the Hampton Inns where I've been a guest over the past many years.

The rooms, on first inspection, were clean, up to modern standards regarding style, and of good size. It didn't seem like other hotels I've been to that were less clean and modern looking. Though, I'm keeping in mind that this hotel is brand new compared to other hotels I've been to. In The rooms had microwaves, refrigerators, coffee/ tea makers, and an adequate sized TV. The coffee and tea, whether in the lobby or in the rooms tasted terrible though; this seems to be a typical downfall of most hotels. They also had plenty of plugs and USB ports for your electronics in convenient places, again, because this is a brand new hotel. The rooms also had a desk, which was nice, however desks in hotel rooms are nothing new, nor special. Each floor has an ice machine. The ice machine on my floor was very clean compared to other hotels I've been to, again ice machines are nothing special, but I've seen some pretty nasty ice machines and was glad to know I could get ice from a cleaner machine. A lot of the goods in this hotel are due to it being brand new. So take the positives with a grain of salt. The service, besides the cleaning services, was terrible. There were times when several different employees were rude, didn't care, and were unhelpful. They made my stay awkward when I needed service or help. I didn't feel welcomed. The location was meh. It was close enough to the city's restaurants, stores, etc. But at the same time it wasn't a perfect location. The travel time between the hotel and other places was about 15-20 minutes. Again not bad but not the most ideal. Overall I'd stay here again if needed due to the cleanliness and it being new. It still is a bit pricey, which hopefully will come down one day.

We were in London for a funeral. The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfy. The room nicely decorated and very clean The complimentary morning breakfast served our needs. We are oatmeal toasted bagel, yogurt, and banana kind of people and they had a nice selection. There was also eggs and sausage. There are great restaurants and shopping spots and a movie theatre close to the hotel.

The room was clean, no issues with noise, bathroom was spotless. However the only issues I had was the bed was a little too firm for my liking and I woke up stiff and a bit sore. And the shower I had to turn all the way to hot just to make it warm rather than the middle setting which was fairly chilly, it took a few minutes of waiting for it to get to a decent temperature, the hallway was very humid as well but that's to be expected being so high up. Other than that, the room was fine.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a baseball tournament this weekend. The staff was great. They were prompt in their responses and courteous. They even stored items for us in their freezer! You get free continental breakfast as well.

The issues, however, were cleanliness and the room itself. The first day we stayed at the hotel, we found a towel with brown stains. We let it go, thinking it was a one-off. The next day, after they cleaned, we found brown stains on the comforter AND on the bed sheets. Disgusting. This really bothered and upset us.

Also, the AC unit in the room was SOOOO loud. It sounded like a car engine starting every time it turned on. It definitely needs to be replaced or fixed. We didn't sleep well at all, unfortunately, as a result of the noise from the A/C.

It's too bad because we would have rated it much higher if the room was clean.

Its the Hilton people. Very clean and modern, exceptional rooms. They are pet friendly. Wifi available. Breakfast for guests and a nice indoor swimming pool. Only thing to my surprise was there is no hot tub. Other then that this location was very comfortable.

I stayed at the hotel from Saturday June 10 till the 11th. When I went to go check in on Saturday June 10th at 3pm I was helped by a young female. She made me feel belittled as she was very hesitant to helping me, asked where my father was and talking to me as if I was a child. I am 19, travelling by myself and was looking for some help. I felt very uncomfortable

Do not go here unless you check your reservation clearly. I booked with a group of 12 families for 2 nights. Of these families I was the only one who was booked for 1 night. Once I didn’t check out because I thought we had 2 nights…. I was asked to leave the room. I pleaded my case and absolutely no alternatives or compassion was given. Main concern was the next guest coming in and we had to go. I was headed to Niagara and couldn’t make it back. I was assured that the room was being cleared out as we speak…. Without my permission. Someone was taking our things and loving them to somewhere I didn’t know. No alternatives other than stay at our sister hotel and btw pay their price (we had a group rate at hampton inn Hilton).
Poor front desk staff and terrible manager who just repeats themselves and doesn’t care about you. Beware.

Room had a lot of space to move, clean and different design from other Hampton Inn. Beautiful view.

The hotel was clean and quiet. I stayed here for 1 night and overall it was a good experience. Breakfast was complimentary and the room was clean as well.

The facilities were spotless, very tasty food for breakfast, Kara's staff was second to none. All front desk staff was very helpful, including getting us coffee when the pot was empty. Cleaning staff and food services for breakfast were very nice and helpful. I would give the hotel 10* if I could.
On the other hand, Hotels.com that I have used over 50 times left a lot to be desired and deserved -10*. Any phone call to their support line had a 2 hour wait time. On-line communications was with a computer and when the computer was unable to answer your question, someone eventually came online 20 minutes later. For the answers you got you might as well have been talking to the computer.
If you want to stay at this hotel, save yourself a lot of time and headaches and book directly with the hotel. If it wasn't for Kara and her staff I still would be dealing with my problems. Thanks for all your help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in London! They really respect your business as a returning customer. The staff are amazing, particularly Tamara and Tim:) they stand out and are super friendly, welcoming and have amazing customer service. Always a pleasure to come back

The staff at this hotel was fantastic I was in London for nine days as my mother was in the hospital and the staff made myself and my family stay fantastic under the circumstances. Each day Tim at the front desk would ask me how my mom was doing and I would book my room day by day as I did not know How long I was going to be there. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return but this time for a leisurely trip. Thanks again to the amazing staff which made a very rough time much more enjoyable

Super clean room, everything looked newly renovated, huge shower and comfortable bed. Hot breakfast was available too and served in the lunchbox to be safely enjoyed in the room. Everyone was nice and professional. We had a great stay, thank you.

Room was clean. Breakfast was definitely subpar however taking the Covid restrictions in mind not horrible. Check in was quick and easy. As always the Hilton brand delivers.

Very good service and a clean hotel. The breakfast offered was not the greatest, but I tend to think that this is a result of COVID regulations.
Overall a very good experience to stay at this hotel, my first time there.

Great experience my husband and I brought my son here for his birthday. The staff gave him balloons a card and a treat. Staff is remarkable and rooms are extremely clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

Stayed here while getting treatment at the hospital. Was very surprised they had sausage, eggs and toast for breakfast! The last city I was in had an apple, juice, and a muffin so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff go above and beyond really making you feel at home. I wish I was travelling under better circumstances but I will stay here again for sure

Yup very nice and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Love the rooms they're very clean. Slept like a baby. Very comfortable beds and rooms. I'd go back forsure.
