Hampton Inn by Hilton Sarnia

Rooms were very clean, the service was very friendly and professional and the breakfast was top notch. Front desk was very accomodating and friendly to any of our questions and requests. Will be staying again.

Comfortable room (a.c. Was a bit noisy but aren't they all?) Staff are amazing, especially Kim. Free breakfast which our grandsons enjoyed. The pool is wonderful. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as shopping if you want that. We went for 3 nights and ended up staying 6!

washroom have a sliding door with gaps and no locks (so no privacy if you got kids with you)

Comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast and great staff. The only complaint I have is the barn door for the bathroom that cant be locked.

Washrooms should never have sliding barn doors! No privacy, no sound proofing, no latch? ! To secure it while you did your business or showered… it was far too intimate with my sister in law- we had to take turns leaving the room while the other got ready for bed/the day. With no latch the door just SLIDES open. With the shower the steam just went throughout the room. And don’t get me started on how great it was to use the toilet with what was basically an open door! Gross! Don’t use barn sliders for washrooms! Plus no milk alternatives or gluten free options for the breakfast room. I had an apple, that was my only option.

Very nice and pet friendly room- a very nice touch was that the beds did not have any empty space underneath for our cat to hide under. This was a huge problem at a different hotel we stayed at. Breakfast was free and delicious with lots of options. Room AC worked perfectly. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Our only complaint is that there’s a gigantic LED sign right outside our window (front of the hotel) that was so glaringly bright that it even shined through the drapes, but I know that the hotel can’t control that.

Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and service was excellent-the only criticism is that no one has taken care of the landscaping-it’s not very welcoming when you’re greeted with weeds all along the building and dead flowers in the planters

Loved this hotel. Very friendly staff. Modern room. Should have stayed longer. Kim at the front desk was amazing. Hotel close to Casino.

Close to the bridge and local park. Pool on site. Quick check in. Bathroom tub and sink were grimy and dirty. One of the reading light bulbs was out. Continental breakfast: cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and pancakes. No masks.

Right by the border if u get a room on the road side u can hear the trucks n cats waiting to cross the border pool and gym was ok I'd recommend insignia for the same price point

Me and my partner have stayed in many hotels in sarnia due to work, and this has been our favourite stay so far. Upon check in, Jade, working the front desk was beyond delightful, she made sure me and my partner were taken care of and every little concern or question was handled with the upmost professionalism.we were so beyond impressed the entirety of our stay, pool was amazing, rooms were great size, and breakfast in the morning was the cherry on top.we will definitely be coming back.

Great room, really clean and kept well, great service. The only complaint was the room darkening curtains do not close completely so if you like to sleep in it is hard with the sun beating in.
