Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Brantford Conference Centre ON

The room was well kept and very spacious. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan so it got warm/steamy very quickly when showering. Immediately our mini fridge wasn’t working at all so I called the front desk and they said someone would be up within the hour. We went for dinner and came back and then were told no one had been up and won’t be until tomorrow because the maintenance workers had all gone home for the day. Saturday rolls around and by 3pm still no one had come to our room to change the fridge for one that works. They offered to store anything in the fridge at the front desk, but being on the third floor made that quite the inconvenience. Staff were courteous and polite when interacting which was refreshing.

The morning breakfast was a joke. We went down at 8am Sunday and all of the croissants, bagels, and muffins were already gone. Staff said there weren’t more either and that’s all they had for the day. A little ridiculous in my eyes considering it was $210/night and our fridge didn’t work and there was barely a breakfast.

Great place! Spacious room, spotless and neat, comfortable beds, AC, nice breakfast & staff very welcoming and helpful. We stayed there for two nights and we were extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!

Friendly reception at check in, the room with 2 Quinn beds was clean. An armchair or seating would be good, there was only one chair at the desk but we were given a second upon request. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Plenty of free parking available. We had booked with breakfast, which we could have saved! The breakfast room was large and there was enough seating. There was also space for performing, but there was nothing! No variety, the sausages weren't done, the bread compartment was almost empty, just like that pastry. Here there were breakfast seekers in the truest sense. A clatter in the adjoining kitchen indicated that someone was just there. The used tables weren't wiped off, we saw the muesli that had fallen down over the four days. Too bad, therefore a point deduction.

It was a nice sized room. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was closed for. There was no hot tub.

This is our go to hotel.when we are in the area. The service friendliness and cleanliness ate excellent. They always remember us and treat us great. The new manager is awesome! The breakfast is outstanding now that Sandra has taken over the kitchen. They have real eggs over easy and peameal bacon! Highly recommend this hotel.

The requested room service was missed. The water in the pool was too cold. The air conditioner was too loud
The room was too congested for two double beds, there was no additional seating place. The office chair could hardly be moved because of lack of space.

What an absolutely dedicated staff to make your stay a delight. A hotel, is a hotel, but the Hampton Inn and Suites in Brantford PROVES THAT, a little bit of expertise, and a lot of care makes this standout hotel. REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE

The receptionist was very friendly, breakfast was amazing, my room was amazing and my bed was very comfy. I'd definitely stay here again when I visit the area next time.

I prepaid via Expedia for the entire stay- however this location charged me in full again when I checked out. The front desk would not answer when the Expedia rep called them nor has anyone from this facility returned my email that had the attachments of the posted and clear transaction on May 3 as well as the additional charge in June 3- when I checked out

I'm very disappointed with the degrading customer service that I have received the past couple of times that I have stayed at this location. It's also impossible to get any help from a manager at all.

Water Damage on walls and ceiling. Hotel looked and felt unkept. Far away from amenities, with below average pool and no hot tub. There were foul odours in the hall ways. Would not recommend this hotel. Issue’s mentioned from previous reviews still not addressed. Better options available at this price point and location. Not up to the standards of other Hilton Hotels I typically stay in.

Located in an industrial area just off Hwy 403.

Check in was friendly and efficient. They had some cookies and water out in the lobby.

Room was clean. There was a fridge and microwave. TV was large but older. Some of the channels were distorted. We found the bed to be too soft for us.

Internet was weak, and often cut out altogether. We experienced this on multiple devices. This is not what we expected from a Hilton property.

Breakfast was ok. Standard offering.

Great service, huge rooms, modern and updated style, breakfast was amazing and included waffles, yogurt, cereal, bacon, omelets, potatoes wedges, and a variety of juices, coffee and teas! Very impressive.

Great newer hotel. Office chair in room was broken and would not raise up (stuck at lowest level) and the sitting chair in the room was badly stained. You would think cleaning staff would notice this.

Rooms were nice and modern, service was great. They always had lemon water available and little snacks in the afternoon. Sadly didn't get to try breakfast.

When I checked in I was told that breakfast was at 7am. Later that evening I explained I had to be offsite working by 7 but wondered if it would be possible to even get toast at 6: 45. The person working offered to pack me up a breakfast to pick up on my way out. She packed two bags (bf and I) - It really meant a lot to us!

Great rooms, nice beds, plush pillows - First time staying at a Hampton, not my last.

We were there we a hockey bunch. Everything was good they could have put out food a little faster. Things ran out before some eat

I called the hotel to get a rate for one night stay and was given a price over the phone and I asked about pets being allowed and they told me pets are in fact allowed. When I checked in I was told that there would be a $30 service fee that will be refunded after I checked out. Although the staff were very caring and pleasant throughout the stay I was thoroughly confused on the charges and customer service was of no help. I kept an eye on the charges after I checked out and never received a $30 credit. The first time I called customer service 5 days after checkout I was told it takes 10 days to see the credit. I waited and waited and after a month still never seen the credit so I called back. The first person told me that the credit was issued on the day of checkout and if I wasn't seeing it then I should call my bank. The bank confirmed I was charged an additional $30 on the day of checkout (not a refund). When I called customer service back was informed after 10 minutes on hold that there was a $30 charge for having a pet. The lady on the phone on the day I booked the room never told me there would be a charge for a pet. I also don't know why the receptionist told me there would be a refundable credit of $30 after checkout when this obviously wasn't what happened.
