We stayed last week and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean. Bathroom was also clean but shower head dated and noted some water damage on the ceiling in the shower but still usable.

When checking in the front desk was top notch. Helpful with what was in the area interacted with our child when he had questions. Very professional and pleasant! The included breakfast was more then we expected and very tasty.

We would stay again.

Spent a night here with my wife and son for a short weekend getaway from home. Staff were pleasant with a quick check in process. Breakfast was great, lots of options and everything was tasty. The pool was good, although our key did not work to get in so we had to get someone to help but there was a bandaid stuck to the grab bar on the stairs.ew.

The room wasn't that clean so I was a bit disappointed there. I usually choose Hampton when on the road because of their cleanliness standards but I feel like this one missed the mark. The bathroom was the worst part of the room for cleanliness.

Stay here quite a bit, rooms are usually clean. Pool is awesome! Gym is decent as well. Customer service is decent.

Terrible hotel to stay in, I would not recommend to anyone! Toilet flashing handle was broken, sink was leaking on the floor. And, no hair dryer, no coat hangers, electrical plugs weren't working, floor was not very clean. Manager, called "Donna", did not even called us to discuss the concerns, she sends one of her part time employee! She charged us 100 dollar for our 2 little dogs instead of $50 like other hotels.terrible management

It was a perfect experience. Breakfast was amazing, staff were all friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again.

I had recently stayed at this hotel and was very unpleased with the hygiene of the bathrooms!?
When I walked into my first room it took less than 4 minutes in my walk around to find hair and a used contact lens stuck on the handle in the bathroom pullout.
The front desk had even put me in another room, different floor with an even worse bathroom that had more hair on the toilet seat and bathtub!?
After playing the room game, I had raised my concern to the check out the following morning to pretty much get a pat on the back "sorry" (truly not her issue) but I would like the hotel management to know how disappointing it was to stay in these type of conditions, after all of what the last few years have been like.
Hygiene in a hotel is the number one concern of many traveler's!
After the experience this hotel has dropped off my "Stay List" and any recommendations towards it!

We had a fantastic stay! Mimi and Sonica were wonderful! Kids loved it and so close to everything! Breakfast was a bonus too and rooms were very spacious! Kids loved making their own waffles! Will definitely return!

The hotel is clean and the room was reasonable. The one thing I loved is that they have a very good Continental breakfast with a lot of options and variety. Now the bad. We splurged on a higher end room with a whirlpool tub. The tub did not work. There was also a burnt out bulb in one of the stand lamps making the room much darker then I would have liked. Then there is the toilet, it ran all night and wouldn't fill the tank completely. So annoying hearing it all night and then it takes 10 minutes to flush fully. They do have a pool which was clean but not heated and in the winter it would have been nice to have a warm swim when it was freezing outside.

An easy automatic when I am in the area, I always know the complimentary breakfast is going to be delicious, my room clean and the staff pleasant!

It was clean, quiet and fairly uneventful.

Only issue I encountered was when I went to do laundry, they had no supplies on hand for free or purchase to assist with laundry.

I was told I had to go to Walmart across the street and buy and provide for myself.

Since I was flying out the next day. And I had to buy a whole pack of tide pods. I asked the reception desk if they wanted to keep the remaining pods as I can't carry it with me on the air plane and to please share with guests free of charge as I had to pay for it. Good thing it was on sale at the time.

I just found it so odd being told I had to go get it myself. All my years at various hotels (even dive motels) there was always laundry supplies for sale on site.

The place was clean, staff were nice. The restaurant on site seemed to open early for breakfast. I didn't pay for that option but it was bustling and people seemed happy enough to be there.

The parking lot was simple but was awkward as it kind of merged with an A&W drive through entrance.

It made driving and walking there hazardous when it was busy.

Otherwise it was a good stay.
I was there 5 nights for a conference in a near by town. I was so greatful to have a hotel room. Just again, so odd being told I had to supply my own laundry supplies. I really hope they let other guests use the pods for free. FYI the laundry room door doesnt securely close behind you. Unless it "clicks" it's ajar. It never seems to close by itself.

Terrible experience from the start.

It took 2 and half months just to get a wedding block booked at this hotel. Then when we get it booked and need more rooms they make it seem as though they were sold out of rooms only to have somebody call to book a regular room and find out there is still availability.

Then in the room, we booked a jacuzzi suite and thought that the jets didn't work. Only to find out at checkout, pthat the third light switch needs to be turned on in order for them to work. A notice on the wall or light switch would have been great. This light switch is located no where near the tub and is not onvious that it needs to be turned on.

The price is awful. I can't believe that a hotel in Bolton is charging upwards of $200. Nice hotels in Niagara don't charge this much and there is actually things to do in Niagara. Plus the hotels are a lot nicer.

Overall, if i could this a score of 0/10 i would. Awful experience, unfriendly staff and terrible management.

Getting a hold of the hotel manager/owner was difficult when we received a billing error/overcharge. Once we got a hold of him (months later) he was responsive, sympathetic, and helpful and got us the refund.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were big. The bathrooms had nice toiletries. The food for breakfast was good too.

The price for what you get is a good deal

. Just be careful booking over the phone.

This hotel ruined my wedding night. We had booked a block of rooms and I had called ahead to provide credit card details for my in laws who were travelling from Brazil to attend the wedding weeks before the day. They took the credit card number and said everything was fine.

When we got there, I was told that neither parent had a credit card number on file so I provided a credit card number again. When we tried to get a room for my wife’s father, we were told that someone had already checked into a room under his name. They thought it might be a glitch in the system so they gave us the key to the room that had been checked into. When we got there, we found 2 bags and it was clear that someone was staying there.

We had to deal with the front desk for an hour on my wedding night to resolve the issue. Eventually he got a room but then I was overcharged by $140 dollars compared to the original price that was quoted.

If you’re having a wedding in King City/Caledon area, I would recommend against staying here. It seems like this hotel has difficulties with simple things like taking credit card numbers and checking people in.
