Dr. Crossman was very kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We look forward to transferring our whole family's dental care to his office. His admin staff was also wonderful during our visit. Highly recommend!

Got my 2 week old’s lip and tongue ties cut. Attentive service, did not feel rushed at all. They really took the time to make sure we were comfortable and all our questions were answered.

I did not have a good experience with the dentist at Hampton Park Dental. In the consultation for a veneer on my front tooth, I was told there would be nothing taken off my back tooth. In the procedure, there was a significant amount removed from the back of my front tooth with a rough edge left as well. After reaching out and complaining about this, I came back in to have it smoothed out, and the dentist was very condensing, asking where I worked, and when I told him he said "I wouldn't come to YOUR job to tell you how to do it". I've just paid nearly $200 to have the back of my tooth fixed from this. Not a great experience.

My experience has ALWAYS been a pleasant one since I've been coming here for my dental needs. Dr. Crossman and staff are FANTASTIC, came in for a crown and never felt a thing except for a sore side from laughter when I left

Dr. Crossman always makes certain that the work done does not hurt me. Even though the tooth was dead that he was working on, he still froze me as he knows and really understands my fear. I was not impressed and not satisfied with the visit, they told me everything would be done and it wasn’t I have to go back to finish, I tried understanding why they only did it that way and they couldn’t tell me. I booked an appointment over a year ago and was told it would be done in one shot but nope half clean mouth

I am an older guy now who has horror stories about dentists of times past. So because of that and my nervousness, Dr. Crossman and his staff have had to be very patient with me as I needed a lot of work to correct the damage that others have done.

Bottom line is that I feel blessed to have found him. He is an amazing, painless dentist and his entire practice is modern and first class and that all starts with the front desk staff when you walk in, they could not be more welcoming and pleasant and have a way to put you at ease. 5 stars, triple A, top notch however you measure it, Dr. Crossman et al are just plain excellent!

I usually don’t like to say anything negative but I had bad experience here. I found Dr Crossman to be knowledgeable, but very careless. There was a time I was in Ontario Works coverage and they said they would accept me, but when it came to fixing a crack filling the doctor just wouldn’t do it. He kept giving me the runaround and when I told him I am in discomfort he said try to wait it out because there’s still time before it’s a root canal. Basically, if Ontario Works doesn’t pay them a lot, they don’t want to do any real work which is fine but why tell me that you do cover it? Why waste my time and leave me in discomfort? That’s the carelessness I don’t understand.
Eventually I had to find another dentist to fix it and since I waited one year extra the teeth feels way too sensitive now, may need a root canal after all.again, if you don’t want to accept Ontario Works, it’s fine don’t tell people you do and make their situation worse

Been going to Dr Crossman for years now. His staff is very courtesy and attentive to your requirements. He never lets you down. Very Good Dentist in my books.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Ken Crossman and his assistant Shanna. They took the time to explain the tongue/lip tie to me and what to expect for correction on my son. They made sure all my questions were answered and followed up the next day to see how things were going. The receptionists were friendly and caring as well.

We were referred for a tongue tie assessment for our baby. Dr. Crossman and his team were very courteous and professional. Everything was explained very well and we had plenty of opportunity to ask questions. We weren’t just told what he thought, but actually showed us. We ended up having a release done the same day. Our visit did not feel rushed and we were able to take as much time as we needed afterwards to settle baby and ask any final questions. We got a phone call follow up the next day as well to check on us, which was great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a tongue/lip/cheek tie assessment.
