My wife and I go regularly and we love it. Best sushi place in town and it is all you can eat! I actually prefer to it the a la carte options. Always fresh. Fantastic food. Quick service and the staff is friendly.

If you're a salmon lover, the salmon assortment on the AYCE dinner menu is awesome. I love the salmon rose thickness of the pieces and texture

Just had lunch in this place.the bbq sauce was same seasoning in spicy chicken, fish, and chicken bbq skewers! The tempura was not crispy enough.the ramen noodles was not delicious.atleast the staff is nice.

I like to come to this shop. The environment of this shop is very good. The food is also very good. The service attitude is also very good. When I took my friends there, every one of my friends praised me.

Really good sashimi and serivce. I woul like to see more varied vegetarian choices on the menu. The restaurant need a complete makeover as the purple paint and decrepit bathrooms are pretty bad. Overall l left stuffed and would definitely return.

Love Hanata Sushi. Had a bad experience with Skip the Dishes on a recent order. I ended up calling the restaurant where they made a new order 30 mins before close for pickup. The customer service and food provided is so greatly appreciated.

So delicious, amazing service, good environment, a tad pricey but sushi buffets always are. Lots of options!

Great food, great service and the true test was my 2.5 year old ate everything that was put in front of him. Of course the adults devoured all the food in front of them too. Really appreciated the attention the staff gave us and the speed at which the fresh and delicious food was prepared. Next time I'm in the area, this will be the go to place for a meal.

I have loved this place for years and it is my go to takeout! I ordered tonight and got a few bones in my salmon roll, which is the first time this has ever happened! Regardless, it continues to be my favourite sushi place!

My kids and I like their sushi. Always seems fresh and reasonably priced. I’m not into the raw fish stuff. I always get the yam tempura rolls and they never taste fishy which is great.

I always love coming here. I very much enjoy the rolls and tempura and your drink will never be empty! My last visit was a dine-in but I've ordered on skip before as well. Same good quality.

Cute local sushi buffet, they bring your orders to you. Service is superb, very friendly staff that kept checking in on me. Was dining alone for lunch.
Sushi / food tastes fresh and I ate a lot forgetting to take some pics as I was enjoying the moment. Atmosphere is nice I would imagine it's nice anytime and with anyone.

Been coming here the last 4-5 years. The food is always hits the gold standard for what you pay for. It's just solid & good sushi. Nothing more and nothing less.

Some standout items they do are their spicy crispy salmon rolls, any of their nigiris, spicy chicken, any tempura and their chicken teriyaki (always cooked to near perfection and juicy)

The waiters are really friendly hard working people, they always give customers a smile. Along with the owner who I occasionally see working, is a modest man who works hard, you can always immediately tell everyone who works for him has a great amount of respect for the guy. He's always kind and goes the extra step for customers aswell. While the location is in the sketchier side of London, the restaurant is a diamond in the rough.

First time ordering from here.wow! Amazing selection.the platters are beautifully prepared and they have the best shrimp tempura in London.
This was take-out, my order was finished exactly on time, they added tons of wasabi, soy and tempura sauce.extra ginger.i am very impressed.

One of the best all-you-can-eat sushi places in town! The food is great and the prices are lower than the other two sushi buffets in London. We were very happy! The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is that they have less options if you are in for lunch time. Besides that, I have no complaints!

We always order take out and it is the best veggie sushi selection we have had. Always made well, on time and the tempura vegetable are fabulous too.

This was a very satisfying all you can eat. The service and the sushi was great and it has a pretty nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Update Mar 2022: I have changed from 1 star to 5 because the place was clean, the servers were extremely attentive and very friendly. The food is amazing as it always has been. Price is comparable to other all you can eat sushi places in London. I highly recommend this place for all your sushi eats. The soya sauce they use isn't my favourite but that's personal preference.

2019 review: They get one star for the good tasting sushi. The service was aweful. I got one tea and no one asked if I wanted a refill. I had to wait ten minutes in between placing another order. The decor is covered in dust. BUT MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT, not one server smiled at me or any other customer that walked through the door. I wondered if they even could smile till the manager must have made a joke behind the counter and they all giggled. If you truly hate your job that much then QUIT. As much as the sushi was good I will never return. Worst service I have ever Recieved in my entire life.

Their menu has a fair amount of options but the food is a bit bland and arrives either slow, incorrect or you get duplicate items

Great place to eat, and the portion sizes are perfect. I would have rated this place a 5-star had some orders made it to our table. Now, I understand that it gets busy, and in a rush, things can be forgotten, but the same thing happened on my second visit in all of 3 weeks. I'd prefer if the server came to tell us that they didn't have the ingredients, or to inform us of the time it may take for our orders to show- considering, we'd waited until we had our fill of what DID show up (both times), before we gave up on any of those other orders placed. Aside from that, the service is great, and the people are the sweetest! I give Hanata Sushi House

Got takeout sushi. Love their combos. Fresh, good prices and portions. Appreciate that they use less rice so it's less cheap tasting sushi

Absolutely disgusting! They served us rotten ketchup and still made us pay, not worth 5 cents even horrible food, rude staff just plain garbage. DONT RECCOMEND unless you want to get sick then go for it. We will be complaining to the city of London about this to go and inspect the trash they’re feeding people

Our go to sushi place. Pick up is always ready when suggested and organized for fast service. Never disappointed in the quality of food and prices are reasonable. Parking lot can be busy during rush times due to LCBO, variety store and other businesses in the same plaza.

My partner and I had a lovely experience dining in, last night! The staff was very kind and the food was absolutely delicious. One dish we ordered multiple of was the peppercorn beef with onion. Yum!

Perfect experience. 0 errors and above average service.

If you prefer a more traditional sushi role you can possibly ask them to reduce the sauce added; you can rely on the wasabi and soyaS to get you through.

Haven't eaten here recently, but this is place has a very special place in my heart. Location has more to be desired, but don't let that fool you. The food was always excellent.

Terrible sushi rolls and service. Ordered 12 sushi rolls and tempura for 2 people for lunch with uber eats. Requested utensils. Received 1 set of chop sticks and 1 soy sauce for whole order. Also, the sushi rolls literally falling apart. Called to tell them, I was told I should have told them for 2 sets because they "assume it's for only 1 person" as if it's so difficult to throw I'm an extra soy and chopsticks just in case. Woman on the phone was VERY rude and kept talking over me. They wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that the sushi was inedible. When I finally said "ma'am will you please stop talking over me and let me explain the problem. " she hung up on me! When I called back a man answered the phone and said "ok I will take your info and next time will send 2 soy sauce" yes.that most certainly will make the fact that the food is inedible forgiven Right?
My response was "save your extra soy sauce sir. There won't BE a next time.
So rude and disrespectful to argue with and hang up on a customer. AND THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING TOO! Save yourself the disappointment. There is far superior sushi in London.

I’m pretty easy to please with takeout but this was pretty bad. The black dragon roll was mushy and fell apart easily. The tempura was soft and had no crunch. The tamago and inari rolls were both super sweet. The kalbi was pale, gristly and soaking wet; more boiled than grilled. The salmon roll did not taste fresh. The spicy salmon roll was fine. Price was good but we still got less than we paid for with respect to quality. Threw most of it out, which is really rare for us to do.

I ordered from here with Uber Eats and when I went to eat some smoked salmon, the color of the fish looked like it was yellowing and then browning. I was shocked as I never had a problem with the quality of this restaurant until today. I asked around for a second opinion from others who I knew were more qualified to judge this and everyone said the fish looked bad or rancid and to not eat it.

I had eaten a couple other pieces of sushi before seeing the salmon- they were in a seperate tray- and I am very worried I might have eaten something else that may have started to turn.

I will probably never order from here again - even if this was a one-off i consider it a huge oversight and i do not want to take that risk again.

NOT AT ALL. Do not expect them to send you what you order online! Every time they forget a part of my order. Their website is very rudimentary designed. I ordered it several times just because it was close to our home. It is better to eat later but be satisfied.

Not the greatest, but not the worst. What Hanata has going for it is the location. Conveniently located on a popular bus route, its a go-to for many attending Fanshawe (myself included when I was a student).

I received the wrong food twice. I ordered salmon avocado rolls (6ps), but I received the thing you see in the picture bellow. I finally called them and they said you can come here and get your meal for free.

Great sushi for the price, as for sit in its not my first choice, but for take out I usually order from here and very seldom have issues with my order. With that being said they have made errors on a few of my orders but of the last 14 times I've gone it has happend twice, so over all am happy with hanata

Had a supper here today.reasonable price and salad was great. Sushi was delicious. A few Sasimi looked a little dry, but overall, I had a good experience. I wish the restaurant was a little brighter. It was too dark. The wasabi was stronger than other places. I like it. I recommend this place.

I am appalled by the lack of customer service in this restaurant! I came with a friend to have a nice meal and one of us wanted to do the buffet and my friend wasn't hungry so she wanted to get just a role, we were told no " we have to order the same way because she doesn't have time to make sure we aren't sharing". DO YOUR JOB! Everything we did at this place was met with disrespect!

I order from here ALL THE TIME & have started going there for the buffet too. The portions & quality that you get for the price is amazing when you order online, and the dine-in buffet is so affordable. I love the servers, the menus are super well presented, and the food looks just like the photos when it arrives I can't recommend this place enough, I honestly have had 0 problems with them!

Best place for ayce sushi in London quality and freshness of the fish is superior two others places in London I highly recommend the Golden Dragon this place is a cat Miss for those who enjoy sushi I might not be the best place for those we're not into sushi because they do like a diverse menu for those they're not into sushi

They called the cop on me just because I refuse to pay extra charge of a roll of sushi that I have canceled before. That is a really humiliated experience I have ever had!

We went here for lunch and there are items on the menu that show for dinner only and they charge more for those items. There were six of us eating and I only ordered the items listed as lunch items but we were all charged the dinner price because they don't keep track of what each person orders.

I went with my friends for lunch, we order a lot of food we got maybe 1/4 of it. Service was so bad! We didn’t get our food we order. I will never come and or recommend!

Best All You Can Eat Sushi in London. Sashimi just melts in your mouth. The manager was very nice. The service isn't that great but when the food is that good who really cares. It's also inexpensive.

Honestly, pretty bad service considering that I had to reorder a set of dishes that never came to the table. The missed order was never explained or apologized for because we had several waiters. Obviously, this restaurant gets easily overwhelmed with a moderate amount of customers. And the food isn't great either.

Head up never order skip the dish through hanata because a 45 minutes order will become a 2 hours order.

I go there at least 2-3 a month and have been everywhere else in the city for all you can eat sushi and maybe other than 168 on Oxford i can honestly say there food is excellent ever once in a while they mess up your order but the food is fresh and excellent compared to others

Our go to all you can eat sushi. Best price for us especially with our kids. Quality is what you would expect from an ayce place (i.e. If you are looking for quality there are better places to go) Never an issue with them forgetting dishes like you get in some places.

I liked it, they are willing to make substitutions for allergies, but double check before eating. Decent, all you eat sushi place though, did not appear to be typical form frozen stuff popped in a deep fryer, very tasty and the staff was great

Good quality of fish cuts, ratio of rice/fish in the sushi pieces was a bit high, but still quite delicious. The menu isn't as big as some of the chains around, but there's a lot more quality to the dishes they do make. Everything we tried was very good and the servers were fairly friendly. A great choice for AYCE sushi lunch.

I honestly don’t know what is worse here, the food or the truly truly horrendous customer service. The staff is terrible, they don’t like when customers come in, they’re very rude and unaccommodating, do yourself a favour and just don’t go here.

Parking lot was very busy, but he restaurant was not crowded and we were seated immediately. We were given ample time to peruse the menu and order. The are many selections, perhaps not as many as some of the bigger AYCE places in the city, but the favourites are definitely there. Very flavourful. The fish was especially delicious! We were comfortable and our food came quickly. The servers were friendly and polite and very helpful. Our one complaint was the god-awful music which was both too loud and too abrasive. It was enough that we might not return for a while. The food, however, will be what brings us back in the future.

Sushi is alright I’ve had better, customer service is horrible. The server we had was rude and miserable, I asked for a Diet Coke and she gave me a watered down drink. So I asked for a can and she got mad for some odd reason. Kept talking to her co workers in there language and looking at us whenever we kept ordering food or the order was wrong. This place needs a major attitude change
